Really, unfortunately this processor did not enter the official MS compatibility list, and the official information we know is that the list will not change.
In addition to UEFI, TPM 2.0 and Secure Boot, to support Windows 11 the Processor must have a feature called VBS or Windows Memory Integrity, but those that are not on the list do not support this.
That's why MS decided not to include these processors in the list, as it can generate a lot of performance problems.
It is even possible to install Windows 11 manually, just download the Windows 11 update tool, but it is not recommended as it may not be worth it for the possible problems.
