VPN and Proxy are not to be used with PayPal
If you connect from outside your country our security system might stop this operation for your own security
Check if the data on the card linked to your PayPal match with the ones in your PayPal account
Take in consideration that the limit per transactions for withdrawals on your account is $2,500.00 USD
Drugim rečima, još uvek nismo ni stigli do kartice, nisam ni kliknuo na Send, a ni prešao na sledeću stranu gde potvrđujem plaćanje. Šta bi to moglo da bude? Da li je problem što sam sa iste IP adrese sam otvarao i svoj PP nalog? To je juče svežeotvoren prvi nalog nekome ko zaista nikada nije imao PP. Jesam dodao svoju karticu juče. A onda i primetio da je ista kartica i dalje u mom nalogu, samo kao istekla (expired 2015). Izbacio sam je iz svog naloga, izbacio novu iz drugarovog naloga i onda opet dodao istu karticu u drugarov nalog i -- ne radi, ista greška i dalje. :wall:There's a problem

To ti kažem. Generalno, sad skoro svi imaju vizu i onda možeš da napraviš nalog i na majčino ili očevo ime, vežeš karticu i nek stoji. I posle kad treba da primiš neke pare možeš da koristiš više naloga. To je posebno dobro ako primaš mesečno više od onog njihovog limita.Ja sam primio vecu sumu odmah, ali ne mogu da je povucem.

Vesti: na (novom) nalogu mog druga delimično nestala poruka o grešci koja se pojavljivala, sada može da izabere iznos i dođe do poslednjeg koraka da pošalje novac, što juče nije mogao, a da ništa nisam radio. Ali, kada se bira shipping adresa, pristaje samo na adresu koja je navedena kao Billing adresa na kartici. Ako izaberem bilo koju drugu adresu ili izaberem "no address necessary" -- opet ista poruka o grešci i ne može dalje. Kod mog PP naloga mogu da izaberem drugu shipping adresu ili da izaberem nijednu shipping adresu, lepo radi, ali kod drugara ne, iako ima pomaka od juče. Da i dalje čekam? :smoke: Da li je ovo normalno ponašanje?

Može biti do toga. Kada sam napravio moj nalog i novac trebao da primim nekoliko puta su mi rekli da nije moguće poslati novac na moj nalog. Posle nekog vremena, kad je nalog zaživeo sve je bilo u redu.Mislim da je nedavno otvoren,treba da proverim,ne znam tacno...
