CloudyFa komentar na portovan lollipop :
Hmm, I myself dont like that method of porting.
Basically, now every ROM in XDAcontains only boot part (kernel inside), system part (and maybe baseband part) so we can safety change to another ROM as they share the same other stock parts for the device (bootloader, download mode, and much more hidden partitions)
As I said before, we can surely use F320 Lollipop kernel open source to build kernel for other variants to boot up the Lollipop ROM (as we did for KitKat before just fine) but we still need the official baseband from LG. That's the correct way to go.
But they take the risk and flash many partitions of F320 to simulate your device (or turn your device into) a F320 to share the same ROM and lib. I myself think its not good and too risky. You can check that ROM file and see. For example your button combination for entering recovery will change, many system notification will change to Korean language (exp when entering download mode, factory reset menu,...) and make your device non-compatible with other ROMs available here on XDA, you have flash kdz/tot (or a fully partition zip file) to recover all your device partitions first before you wanna switch to other ROMs.
Our device surely will receive the update (just a little more time) so why take the risk of doing so just to have an early state stock ROM which can destroy your experience with Lollipop bc of trying to turn your device into a F320.
Ofc this is my idea, it's your device and you have choice to do what you want.
