The Bulldozer 2-core CPU module contains 213M transistors in an 11-metal layer 32nm high-k metalgate SOI CMOS process and is designed to operate from 0.8 to 1.3V. This micro-architecture improves performance and frequency while reducing area and power over a previous AMD x86-64 CPU in the same process. The design reduces the number of gates/cycle relative to prior designs, achieving 3.5GHz+ operation in an area (including 2MB L2 cache) of 30.9mm^2
An 8MB level 3 cache, composed of 4 independent 2MB subcaches, is built on a 32nm SOI process. It features column-select aliasing to improve area efficiency, supply gating and floating bit lines to reduce leakage power, and centralized redundant row and column blocks to improve yield and testability. The cache operates above 2.4GHz at 1.1V

Gde ti na onoj slici vidiš dva jezgra? Jasno se vidi jedno INT/FP jezgro (naziv slike je K10h što je kodno ime za Phenom seriju). Buldozer bi trebao da bude K1Fh.
The first question this architecture brings up is, what is AMD's definition of a core? That one is easy, they define it as an integer core with full pipelines. Sun and many others do the same, and there are a lot of cores out there without any FP hardware, so this makes a lot of sense. A Bulldozer module is therefore two cores plus shared FP resources, x86 decoders, and memory/cache interfaces.

Dvojezgarni C-50 APU je jedna od verzija prvog Fusion procesora kompanije AMD koji će u 40nm procesu proizvoditi tajvanski TSMC, koji za AMD trenutno proizvodi i sve grafičke čipove. U ovaj APU (Accelerated Processing Unit) će, sem dva Bobcat CPU jezgra, biti integrisan i Radeon HD 6250 grafički čip. Potrošnja C-50 deklarisana je na 9W, a prema trenutno dostupnim informacijama njegova cena je oko 55-60 dolara.
Vidim ima šrafčiće sa strane. Uz malo majstorisanja može se montirati neki veći radijator da hladi APU pasivno.
