eBay prelazi na Payoneer:
eBay will begin managing payments for sellers globally following launches in the United States, Germany, United Kingdom, France, Italy, and Spain among others. Starting late May, we will notify sellers in your region to register for eBay to manage their payments.
Managing payments is a big step towards making eBay a simpler, more modern managed marketplace, and over 1 million sellers have already registered globally. Running your business is simpler when eBay manages payments, and buyers have new ways to pay.
To meet your needs, eBay will be partnering with Payoneer, a leader in global payments, to enable sellers to easily receive funds associated with their transactions on eBay. With eBay managing payments, sellers can manage all their transactions on eBay and enjoy a streamlined selling experience, while also providing flexibility in managing funds. When eBay manages your payments, payouts will be made to your Payoneer account, not your PayPal account. Payouts for all sales will be made in US dollars.
After you receive a notification from us via email and in My eBay Messages, you may wish to register before the deadline to avoid any interruption to your account. Once you have registered, we will send you further details about how to prepare your business and take full advantage of our simpler approach to payments.
Nothing will change until eBay activates your account, and we will notify you of your activation date in advance. Advance registration allows you extra time to prepare your business for eBay managing payments, and for us to give you the best activation experience we can.
If you are a business seller, please also have documentation prepared ahead of time for the business you intend to register for managed payments, including:
• Business name and address
• Business registration
• Payoneer account information for your business:
○ If you already have a Payoneer account, your Payoneer account details will need to match your company's eBay account.
○ If you don't already have a Payoneer account, you can create one during the managed payments registration process.
• Bank account information for your business - Payoneer requires company bank account or other acceptable bank account as defined by local laws and regulations.
• Credit or debit card information - You’ll need to link a credit or debit card to your eBay account during registration. This will be used to cover the costs of fees and expenses related to refunds and disputes.
