before answering your demands, I want to explain how sending a package from Serbia to China works. AliExpress only accepts packages sent through the Serbian post office. When I arrive at the post office, I explain to the clerk the type of goods I need to send and the destination. Based on the product, weight, shipping method, and destination, they calculate the fee I need to pay. In Serbia, we don't have terminals that print receipts. The clerk gives me a form to fill out, then re-enters the data into the post office software and prints a form which is stamped digitally with the post office number, ID, date, tracking number, weight, and price in RSD. This stamped form serves as the official receipt.
To track the package, go to
https://www.posta.rs/eng/alati/pracenje-posiljke.aspx and enter and select the "Track" button. You will see the statuses which prove that the package has left Serbia.

Since I have provided you with the answers, I want to point out what I have observed:
AliExpress allowed a seller to sell fake computer equipment.
After I reported the seller to AliExpress's fraud service, they dismissed the case.
The seller is ignoring me consistently.
When I filled out the refund request, AliExpress informed me that I should request the seller to refund my cost of sending the package to China. If that wasn't possible, AliExpress promised a coupon to cover my expense.
After AliExpress refunded me $13 for the fake mouse because I proved the seller was selling fake equipment, their store is still active and deceiving other customers.
I have lost approximately 20 hours of my time writing emails, contacting support, contacting the seller, and going to the post office multiple times.
You are not informed about how the post office works in Serbia. You could find this out by asking your manager or writing a simple query to Deepseek.
I have a perfect rating score from Chinese sellers; many of them have rated me as a 5-star customer. Please check my profile.
After 1 month of waiting, you are giving me an ultimatum to provide you with an answer within 24 hours.
I consider your email quite aggressive, which is contrary to me being the victim of a fraudulent transaction with a seller who is under your contract. I don't want to wish you a nice day.
