(1) There is a problem"do you receive the package",you can choose "yes"(Do not worry, we will refund to you,as other reasons have a great bad influence on our store, hope you could do us a favor)
(2) The personal reason as the refunding reason such as you don't want it etc.
We will accept your application very quickly and Aliexpress will arrange refund to you within 1-7 days.
