Shipping Guidelines
To receive your refund, we need to confirm that you sent the merchandise to your seller. Once you've shipped the merchandise, please log in to your PayPal account and visit the Resolution Center to provide proof of shipment for the package.
If the transaction was 200,00 EUR or more, we require signature confirmation from your seller. This is an additional service that most shipping companies can provide, when requested.
We suggest you retain a copy or photograph of the shipping label to verify the address of the shipping recipient. In some instances you may be required to provide this document to PayPal.
Once we have confirmed your seller has received the merchandise, we will issue your refund. The refund amount should reflect in your PayPal balance within 5 business days, if not sooner. If you paid with a credit card, the money is refunded to your credit card. Please note, it can take up to 30 days for the refund to appear on your card statement.
Remember, you need to ship the merchandise and provide proof of shipment in the Resolution Center before 23 November 2017. You can also cancel this claim at any time in the Resolution Center. If we don’t hear from you before the deadline, the case will be closed and you will not receive your refund.
