Fulmics ROM

24/10/2015:
initial release of Fulmics ROM for the G3, my first LG device.
as every first release of a Rom, fulmics had indeed some major bugs (wifi issues, bootloops, etc) for some users.
at that time I didn't like the idea to port the UX 4.0 to lollipop as it was pointless due to the marshmallow update being around the corner, so I just used pure stock UX3-based system and built on it.
2.7 version released.
end of the year and so the end of lollipop-based Fulmics ROM. since the 1.0 version, a lot of unique features (longpress back to kill apps, longpress volume keys to skip track, advanced power menu, statusbar tweaks and many more) were added to it making it the most customizable rom for the G3. at that time some people even left the UX4 and went back to UX3.
exactly one year ago I released the marshmallow version of Fulmics ROM (version 3.0) which brought all the previous tweaks/mods back. thanks to Blacksoulxxx we managed to add multi-variant support also to the new base and till the 5.0 version I continued adding more customizations and fixed lots of bugs on every variant (props to the testers who helped me with this).
three days before my birthday I released Fulmics ROM 5.0.
first rom with full UX 5.0 ported from the new G5 (+ Timelapse feature, again with all previous tweaks implemented). a lot of bugs there too and almost all of them have been fixed from 5.0 to 6.0 version. this last one in particular also brought many carrier-related fixes, it took more than a month to point them out but at the end it was worth it (kudos again to all the testers involved into this).

18/09/2016:
first rom with D856/7/8/HK/9 dual sim variants support.

now:
Fulmics ROM is the only rom with 15 variants of G3 supported on an international software base.
I have always tried to fix all bugs I could and came up with a stable custom rom, and I'm aware that there are still some things not working as they should but with a single device in hands (d855) it was very difficult, even with testers.

besides that, it was a great journey to work on the G3 over the past year and I learned a lot from that.

this is probably the end of the development for the LG G3 (only security patches if they'll come). but not only from me but also from LG itself as I think they are not going to make any further big update (time will tell).
you may know already the main reasons for this, first because I now own a LG G5 and will continue developing for it, and second because I do not have the time to keep 2 devices updated at the same time.

my thanks goes to the testers, to all people who appreciated my work, who reported bugs and issues and to those who just enjoyed my rom without complaining (knowing I've done that in my free time as a hobby).
also thanks to all donors whose every amount money was extremely appreciated and kept me motivated.

.. and thanks to all of you who made this rom, at this stage, possible!
