Lepo pise da je OEM Samsung punjac za kola i usb kabl, zato sam i narucio jer je Samsung...
Nego da opet pitam i razjasnim, mozda malo preterujem u raspitivanju ali ipak da okacim...

Ako ne primimo paket, koliko dana nakon placanja mozemo da trazimo od kineza da vrate pare?
Prvi deo govori o slucaju da se ne isporuci paket i rok je 30 dana od predvidjene isporuke.
Drugi deo govori o slucaju da dodje roba ali nesto ne valja i rok je isto 30 dana od poslednjeg roka za isporuku, pri cemu skoro svi navode datume od-do ili ne stave datum uopste.
Sad mene zanima sta biva ako roba ne stigne i NIJE naveden datum isporuke, kada uopste nema datuma?
Dakle 01.10. platio, roba ne stigne do 01.11. onda kontam da ja/mi imam(o) 30 dana od 31.10. (oktobar odnosno deseti mesec ima 31 dan) da ulozimo prigovor i trazimo povrat para AKO NIJE NAVEDEN DATUM ISPORUKE?
Da li ja ovo dobro tumacim sto je u tacki 1 i osvcuci se na tacku 2 napisano?
"Problem" mi u zakljucivanju pravi sto za nedolazak bobe ne navode lepo 7 i 30 dana od placanja u slucaju da nije naveden datum, pa iz tacke 2 to prenosim za slucaj 1 ako roba ne dodje a nema datuma isporuke...
