Warhammer 40,000 : Dawn of War II

Ja cu da zavrsim sa kupovinom danas, izgleda super igra.
 
he kupilo se danas cepanje ceo dan i noc, dok se devojka ne vrati :D
 
Meh, ovo je postalo party-diablo umesto RTS-a. Možda sam to već rekao, ali ova igra se od Day 1 kupovine originala svela na "možda je probam" u mom slučaju :(
 
Da, singeplayer upravo ostavlja takav osećaj.
Dakle veze sa prvim delom gotovo da i ne postoje što se singe player kampanje tiče i način njenog igranja. Nema gradjenja i treniranja squad-ova već je sve pododređeno taktici. U misiji vodite (bar je tako za sada) 4 squad leader svaki sa svojim specifičnostima koji se level-uju kroz igru.
U jednom trenutku sam se osetio kao da igram Brothers in Arms. Pomoću heavy boltera sam supress-ovao neprijatelja dok sam sa force commander-om polako prišao sa leđa i flank-ovo ih (masakrirao :)). Neverovatan osećaj.
Igra stvarno odaje utisak više RPG-a nego RTS-a ali opet napominjem to je vezano samo za SP kampanju. U multiplayer-u stvari su mnogo drugačije i dosta više podsećaju na prvi deo.
 
Jel po tebi zabavniji taj nacin igranja od onog klasicnog izgradi veliku vojsku i unisti neprijateljsku bazu ?

Fora je što je Dawn of War doneo možda i najviše novina u koncept "izgradi vojsku i uništi bazu" u poslednjih par godina zahvaljujući svom sistemu resursa i kontrole ključnih tačaka na mapi, pa ga ne bih karakterisao klasičnim :)

No, dobro, ionako sam se u vezi sa potencijalnom kupovinom originala rukovodio time kakva bi igra mogla biti u multiju, videćemo...

Odlicna igra sad sam malo probao singleplay kampanju i grafika i sve je ekstra odradjeno.
 
Sta mislite kako ce igra raditi na Athlon LE-1600 procesoru? [single core, 2.2ghz?] +radeon 4670

Da li da se mucim i da je skidam sa neta, ili da cekam dok se uzmem novi procesor...
 
Ja mislim da ce raditi s tom kartom za proc. ne znam ali na nekim manjim setovanjima i rezoluciji ce raditi sigruno, ali nije uopste malo zahtevna, meni sa masinom iz popisa, navikao sam na Very High skoro sve da igram, ide oko 25-40FPS na Ultra settings u 1680x1050 znaci kad je mnogo jedinica na ekranu padne frejmrejt na oko 25 ali igrivo je a prelepo izgleda.
 
Neki prvi review-ovi igre i ne deluju obećavajuće. Lično mislim da je sve to stvar navikavanja i da će vremenom ljudi prihvatiti novi koncept (a možda i neće).

Istini za volju, ni u DoW1 nisu bile baš tako retke situacije gde bi neko izgubio bez puno kapiranja zbog čega je do toga došlo, odnosno gde je to partija prelomljena u korist protivnika. Ali kako vidim po rivjuovima i utiscima, ovde je to još pojačano.

ja sve nesto mislim da je mp siromashan toliko featurima, (malo mapa, samo 1vs1 i 3vs3 i tome slichno) jer planiraju da ubrzo izbacuju novi sadrzaj koji ce moci da skidaju (bar u pocetku) samo oni sa originalima

In-game HUD and UI fixes

• Fixed a bug where world text on a building would change colour to Red when garrisoned by an enemy even though it was hidden by Fog of War.
• Fixed a bug where the UI failed to update with Squad Leader upgrade if a previously purchased leader died while the squad was selected.
• Fixed a bug where parts of tech tree panel remained visible after destroying your base, and would overlap unit UI.
• Fixed a bug where the build queue would hang around in an inactive state until if the base was destroyed during unit construction.
• Fixed a bug where the Commander Wargear panel would disappear after destroying the base, even though it's still valid to build wargear.
• Fixed a bug where targeting reticules would reveal if a building in the FoW was occupied.
• Added support for Relic and Games Workshop employee Gamertags. Watch for our custom chapters online!
• Fixed a bug where Eldar webway gates would appear as Ravener tunnels on the minimap when you were using Tyranids, and Ravener tunnels would appear as webway gates when you were using Eldar.

AI Players

Ranking and Online Stats

• Fixed how Leaderboards are sorted.
• Fixed matchmaking. TrueSkill™ rank should properly be updated in TeamBattle games, and stats should be more reliable when being recorded.
• Fixed an issue where the leaderboard screen wasn't sorting data properly when using the friends filter.
• Fixed a problem where unit score doesn't reflect appropriately in the post-game score.

Custom Games

• Fixed an issue where games would not get cleared properly from the public games screen.
• Victory Point Control load screen tips will no longer show up if the Annihilate win condition is chosen.

• Many memory fragmentation improvements, which should alleviate a number of out of memory crashes.
• Fixed a bug where the game could crash after viewing a completed campaign, deleting it, and then backing out to the main menu.
• Settings that were invalid in the UI could still occur if set manually in configuration.lua, now the settings are validated in the same way as the options menu UI.
• Fixed a crash when client accepts Co-Op game invitation on Game List Screen.
• Fixed a bug where the game freezes on Main Menu when player signout from the Windows Live Profile on the confirmation message of Save and Exit to Window from the Battle Barge.

Campaign

• Added a "Squad Summary" screen to the mission debrief.
• Fixed a bug where the cursor disappeared after inviting a client to the game, and then declining the request once he accepts.
• Fixed a bug where the host loses his mouse after kicking a client during an NIS.
• Finishing the campaign no longer removes the save game from the final mission.
• Fixed an inverted badge on a piece of campaign wargear.
• Fixed a bug where global abilities replenished when the client dropped.

Army Painter

• Colours with high specular values will now have a more accurate swatch colour in the Army Painter.
• Fix issue with DLC badges being visible when they weren't supposed to be.

Replays

• Fixed a bug where replay speed would display incorrectly during game replays.
• Added a button on the replay widget to hide the UI.
• A message is now shown to notify the user that the replay has ended.
• Squad tabs in replays now show up when switching perspectives and always load the first two units when the replay starts.
• Upgrade button panel now doesn't show up in replays
• Hitting continue after exiting from a replay now takes you back to the Game History screen.

Игра је одлична :D. Кренем да играм на претпоследњој тежини и видим да дерем комп без муке, без тактике, без ајтема, специјалних напада и сл, само кликнем и они их одеру :S:. Е онда кренем поново са највећом тежином, кад оно све леже на место, игра добија смисао, орци бацају гранате право у групе, ако се упадне у заседу, ћао, и не може се победити без специјалних могућности.

CPU је ужасно глуп на свим осим најтежем сетовању, и зато вам је игра досадна.

Мапа ни не треба да буде хрпа, јер треба доста док се науче све предности и мане одеђене мапе. Ко год је играо COH потвдиће да у МП-у игра већином 5-6 набољих мапа.


Игра иде глатко скроз на максимуму детаља у 1680х1050 са сенкама на медиум.
 
Najbolje da na 4850 i 2 GB pamćenja ne radi glatko...tačno bih im poslao virtualnu bombu na virtualni ofis...

Изгледа да су скапирали да мања захтевност има своје предности.

На Примарх тежини стварно свака јединица има своју намену, нпр. без скаута не може да се напредује без константног упадања у заседе. У првом делу су малтене били козметика.
 
Toliko price, a niko da pomene kako je odradjena glasovna gluma? To je bio zastitni znak prvog dela. Ako to nije na odgovarajucem nivou necu ni da se trudim da nabavljam igru :).

Taj segment igre je remek delo. Ima dosta više dijaloga nego u prvom kao i glavnih likova a sve je to propraćeno animiranim avatarima.

Jel sve na maksimum podrazumeva i da su Effects Fidelity, Effects Density, Texture Detail podеšeni na Ultra (pošto samo oni imaju Ultra setovanje) ?
 
Ja sam stavio na Ultra detalje znaci sve sto moze na najvise, u 1680x1050 i imam oko 30FPS a padne i na 25 a ide i do 40 nije bas da nije zahtevna, Company of Heroes leti u odnosu na ovo, a ovo je mozda malo bolje graficki.

Да све све је на макимуму осим сенки и једна ставка има засивљен ултра (DX10?), и звук на 32 канала.

Мени ovo иде боље од COH-a 2x :), *** есенс енџин иде далеко боље на атијевим картама него на видији, зато сам и прешао на ати :D

Bez sumnje, trenutno najbolji endzin za RTS igre.
 
Jel ima neki dobar covek ovde na forumu da mi kaze gde mogu u BEOGRADU da kupim DOW 2,bio bih mu VECNO zahvalan???????????

A LOTR-BFME2 engine(koji je korishcen u C&C3 i RA3)? Mozda dobiju u Game-s, a verovatno ce i uskoro da bude dostupna na Steam-u.

nego meni se ne svidja kartunolika dizajnerska reshenja kod orkova :|

vozila i tenkovi su smeh zivi, kao da je war3

glasovi su stvarno odlichni, dok zvuchni efekti ne mogu da prismrde cohu... meni je i dalje coh prijatniji i zanimljiviji za oko :)

Попљували сте SP прерано, борба одолична, прича је одлична, сад то што нема 300 различитих мапа не утиче на атмосферу уопште. Заразио сам се тотално :D
 
Ova igra više nema veze sa prvim DOW-om. Šteta velika. Sveli su ekstra glomazni RTS na taktičku strategiju sa par odreda. Bolje da su napravili FPS po uzoru na Brothers in Arms, jer je u suštini to ta igra.

Single play je šitina neviđena :-/

kako bre jak hardver, 2 ghz 2 gb ram, i neka 9600 teraju sve u fulu :D to je prosek
