WD naspram GTA5 izgleda smesno... Bezivotno... Pogledaj to Osvetljenje u GTA 5 a pogledaj u WD...

GTAV se odvija u Kaliforniji a Watch Dogs u gradu Chicagu. Da imaju isti kolorit i osvetljenje ne bi imalo smisla, to ni Rockstar ne bi tako uradio.

Nego batalite vise teksture kontejnera i slicne gluposti, kakva je igra generalno?
 
Po mom misljenju losa i dosadna bar ono sto sam odigrao, a nisam mnogo. Probacu i ovu retail verziju ali generalno kad mi igra radi krs i na low sto se nije desilo ko zna od kad izgubim i volju za igranjem.
 
Optimizacija, grafika, gameplay, počev od vožnje, do pucanja, je sve krš. Hoću GTA V lepo da igram. Ovo me je razočaralo još od onih novijih videa, voleo bih da je ispalo dobro kao što su reklamirali, ali nije.

“The code obfuscation makes it difficult to perform our own after-the-fact driver optimizations, as the characteristics of the game are hidden behind many layers of circuitous and non-obvious routines,” Hallock continues. “This change coincides with NVIDIA’s decision to remove all public Direct3D code samples from their site in favor of a ‘contact us for licensing’ page. AMD does not engage in, support, or condone such activities.”

With that admittedly verbose background out of the way, let’s dig into Watch Dogs specifically. I’ve been testing it over the weekend on a variety of newer AMD and Nvidia graphics cards, and the results have been simultaneously fascinating and frustrating. It’s evident that Watch Dogs is optimized for Nvidia hardware, but it’s staggering just how un-optimized it is on AMD hardware. I guarantee that when the game gets released, a swarm of upset gamers are going to point fingers at AMD for the sub-par performance. Their anger would be misplaced.

I asked Robert Hallock about this specifically, and he explains that they had “very limited time with the title and [we've] been able to implement some respectable performance improvements thanks to the skill of our driver engineers. Careful performance analysis with a variety of internal tools have allowed us to profile this title, despite deliberate obfuscation attempts, to improve the experience for users.”


What you’re seeing in the benchmarks above is a $500 AMD video card (Radeon 290x) struggling to keep up with a $300 one (GTX 770) from Nvidia using one of the lowest levels of Anti-Aliasing, since Nvidia’s TXAA isn’t available to Radeon users. And the performance deficiences scale down accordingly. Both of the cards tested were reference boards, and the system is an Intel Core i7 4770K with 8GB of RAM running on Windows 8.1 and this week’s game-ready drivers from both Nvidia and AMD.

To further put this in perspective, AMD’s 290x graphics card performs 51% better than Nvidia’s 770 on one of the most demanding PC titles around, Metro: Last Light — which also happens to be an Nvidia optimized title. As you would expect given their respective prices, AMD’s flagship 290x can and should blow past Nvidia’s 770 and compete with Nvidia’s 780Ti on most titles. To really drive the point home, my Radeon 290x can hit 60fps on Metro: Last Light with High quality settings and 4x anti-aliasing, at a higher resolution of 1440p. It points to a poorly optimized game all around; but substantially worse on AMD hardware, as Joel Hruska accurately predicted several months ago. (For those wondering, AMD CrossFire and Nvidia SLI scaling are almost nonexistent at this point, especially in higher resolutions like 1440p and 4K).
 
Smara me da igram bilo sta u poslednje vreme i da pakujem silne Gb po hardu ali ovo moram da probam, ocekivao sam mnogo.

Sto se mene tice i GTA V mi nekako deluje anemicno i dosadno i pored velike mape, dobre grafike itd, jednostavno mi matori SA deluje mnogo zanimljivije. Fiziku vozila su koliko vidim osakatili i u gta i u ovoj igri, tu je Mafia 2 i dalje keva od novijih naslova. Bukvalno novi gta i ovu igru posmatram kao neki tamo just cause u drugacijem okruzenju, jos je jc2 i bio dobar za odmaranje mozga i divljanje po mapi.
 
Što se optimizacije tiče, ja neću da se bunim, radi mi na buđavom laptopu na medium sa malo AA. A igra kao igra mi ne deluje ništa posebno, jeste zanimljiva ta fora sa hakovanjem i hvatanjem "kriminalaca", ali me ne vuče nešto puno da igram, više sam se napržio na Vulfija. Jedina stvar koja me malo nervira je bežanje od policije, nekad se podesi da je nemoguće teško pobeći, 6-7 puta sam restartovao prvu fixer misiju jer su mi razbili auto. Mada, kad sam provalio foru sa lociranjem preko žutog kruga, pobegao sam iz prve.
 
Emix ovi iz Nvidije su su*ci hahaha 😀 Mozda ce najaviti GTA V za PC i nove konzole sada za 2-3 sedmice, biti ce sigurno poboljsanja i jedna od tih moze i biti fizika, mislim vrlo moguce zar ne?

Pa i bilo je za ocekivati, kad nvidia izbacuje od nove godine drajvere za watch dogs i hajpuje sa ubisoftom u paketu, ali onaj HBAO+ im je genijalan pogodak, ne sakati performanse, a dobro izgleda.Ovo ostalo tipa txaa i tako to mi je sve mrsavo.SMAA je zakon otkad se pojavio.Jedino nije ok sto svi stekaju novu tehnologiju za sebe, pa je prodaju kao ekskluzivu, a gamer-i ispastaju i lupaju glavu. :wall:
Kul su mi i crveni i zeleni, ali zadnje dve kartice nvidia all the way, jer znam da uvek imaju keca u rukavu.
Ipak svaka cast crvenima na Mantle-u, pogodili su ga u centar! cheers

Nego vidim sad reloaded verzija 22gb, da li to ipak znaci da je ova prva neka pre alpha verzija?
 
Koje su sanse da se ovo poterna u 720p na high/medium podsevanjima na Lenovu Y580 (i5-3210m, gtx660m i 8gb rama)??

I uopste vredi li generalno sacekati jos mesec dana (or so) da se igra malo "stabilizuje" patchevima (narodna verzija)?? 🙂 Delovala mi je poprilicno interensantno ali izgleda da su u odnosu onih stvari koji su najavljivali poprilicno us**li motku sudeci po poslednjim gameplay klipovima koji kruze na netu...

Mada ne bih se bunio da nudi priblizno svarljivu "igrivost" poput Sleeping Dogs-a, i ovako jurim neku "limunadu" za par dana ovog leta...
 
Ovo sa nVidia kartama je još veće proseravanje, kad se uzme u obzir da je igra rađena za AMD hardware u konzolama!
 
@Perapk Steam verzija je 13.7GB, tako da ne znam sta je to sa 22GB.

Steam verzije uglavnom imaju language pack samo za region za koji je vezan acc, ne skida sve jezike. Tako da je to vrlo verovatno i ovde slučaj. Plus "dlc-ovi"

rAMA ali sada te igre rade fenomenalno na NV, tako ce i WD sigurno bolje raditi na AMD-u poslije nekog vremena.
 
Probah sinoc igru na masini iz podpisa, nije htela da radi sa drajverima starim 2 meseca. Odradio update, odigrao uvod grafa na mediumu, sve tecno na 60 frejmova i onda cim sam usao u kola pocela je da zabada svakih 20-30sec igra. Kontam da je to zbog samo 4Gb rama, svucem sve na min resetujem igru ista prica, igra radi ocajno cim krenes da vozis. Onda pomerim max buffer frame (ili kako god se zove opcija) sa 1 na 3 i opa igra radi relativno ok. Vratim sve na med i tu radi ok. 30-40 u voznji sa povremenim dropovima ispod 30 kad krene da krlja hdd i dropovima na 20 pri prelasku iz grada u predgradje i obrnuto. Prvi put da mi je ova opcija podigla performanse u nekoj igri, do sad je obicno imala kontra efekat. Pa ako se neko muci sa 4Gb nek proba mozda mu pomogne, ja cu da sacekam jos 4Gb u nadi da ce moci onda da se igra kako treba.

A sto se tice ove price sa ispoliranom igrom, za sat vremena igranja naleteo sam na par npc vozaca koji rade totalno nelogicne stvari, jedan je na T raskrsnici uporno pokusavao da ode u cetvrtom, tj nepostojecem smeru i konstantno udarao u zid, dok se drugi zaglavio na stepenistu neke zgrade pokusavajuci da utera auto u zgradu, zaboravio sam da slikam. :/

Edit: I da desilo mi se da je auto poleteo na pravcu bez ikakvog razooga.

Na osnovu prvog utiska, igra kaska za sleeping dog-som po pitanju gameplaya, za pricu je jos uvek rano da bilo sta kazem.

I jel ima neke razlike u performansama sa ovom 'zvanicnom' Ponovonapunjenom verzijom u odnosu na ono sto je navodno bila alfa ? 😀
 
Meni je najsmesnije sto se kola pale pre nego sto lik udje u njih, zaeban neki hacker 😀.
 
Ovo sa nVidia kartama je još veće proseravanje, kad se uzme u obzir da je igra rađena za AMD hardware u konzolama!

Tek ce da bude zurka sa opengl i steamos. Na tom terenu nvidia se uopste ne drzi standarda 😀
