# LG C6 Series
The C6 series features a major split in panel technology depending on the size chosen.
- The "C6H" Variant (77" & 83" only): These larger models are designated C6H because they utilize the Four-Stack Primary RGB Tandem 2.0 OLED panel. This allows for significantly higher brightness compared to the smaller models.
- Standard C6 (42", 48", 55", 65"): These sizes do not receive the Tandem 2.0 panel and will have lower brightness capabilities compared to their 77"/83" counterparts.
- Processor Upgrade: All sizes utilize the new Alpha 11 4K AI Processor Gen 3.
- Video Pipeline: Upgraded from 10-bit to 12-bit, aimed at improving native gradation in HDR content.
- Gaming Specs: Refresh rate increased to 165Hz (up from 144Hz on the C5) with VRR support.
# LG G6 Series
The G6 focuses on "Hyper Radiant Color Technology," a marketing term encompassing brightness, coating, and panel structure.
* Brightness Booster Ultra:
* Approx. 20% brighter than the previous G5.
* Claimed to be 3.9x brighter than the entry-level B6 (on a 3% window).
- Reflection-Free Premium: A new Intertech-certified coating designed to maintain "perfect blacks" (<0.24 nits) even under 500 lux of ambient lighting.
- Panel Availability:
* The Four-Stack Tandem / Hyper Radiant tech is available on 55", 65", 77", and 83".
* The 48" and 97" models do not feature the Tandem panel and will likely be dimmer.
# LG W6 Series
LG has revived the "Wallpaper" form factor (formerly the W7 from 2017) as a statement piece.
- Form Factor: Extremely thin 9.9mm (<1cm) depth designed to mount flush against the wall.
- Zero Connect Box: Uses a wireless transmission box (smaller than previous M-series boxes) to eliminate cables running to the panel. Supports 4K at 144Hz.
- Specs: Features the same Hyper Radiant / Four-Stack Tandem panel and anti-reflective coating as the G6.
- Sizes: Available in 77" and 83".
- Pricing: Reportedly only "slightly more expensive" than a G6 of equivalent size, rather than the premium pricing of the 2017 W7.
# Notes
- B6 Series: Not shown on the floor. Only mention is that LG claims the flagship G6 is 3.9 times brighter than the entry-level B6 series (measured on a 3% window).
- HDMI 2.2: Ports remain HDMI 2.1 on all models. LG has opted not to move to HDMI 2.2 yet due to a lack of consumer source devices.
- Dolby Vision 2: No support for Dolby Vision 2. LG is monitoring filmmaker adoption before implementing.
- DTS: Still no DTS decoding. LG continues to prioritize Dolby Atmos, citing it's dominance on streaming services.
