We really appreciate you taking the time to report this - based on the information you sent along, it appears you’re experiencing issue #4319215 from our known issues page, which is characterized by:
- Device is located in or has a SIM card belonging to a non-sovereign geographic region or a country subdivision
- Error messages when trying to purchase Android apps on Google Play or missing paid or free apps entirely
We’re currently investigating this issue, but at this time, there is no workaround available to be able to purchase apps in these territories.
