Half-Life 2 in 2005? [Uros "2Lions" Jojic] 12:37pm(GMT)
Saw this shit over at VE3D.com via PlanetHalfLife.com; VGPro.com is quoting Gabe Newell (AKA Butter Boy) from an interview with gaming magazine Polygon as saying:
"We've already spent millions into this project, and we're willing to spend as much as we need to make this the best first person experience ever. If that means delaying the game to 2005, we'll do it without any hesitation. If it means sinking another $20 million into the project, we can do it. Rest assured, if we delay the game, it'll be only to blow your socks off even more when it finally releases."
This led some people to conclude that Half-Life 2 might not be out till 2005. If you ask me, Butter Boy was talking very hypothetically, so I don't think he was actually suggesting they might delay HL2 again. I'm sure we'll learn more about the status of Half-Life 2 at this year's E3.
dižem ruke!
p.s. Butter Boy , hehe :d
