Well toshiba might have given in, but HDBits users still prefer HD DVD. To commemorate the potential loss of HD DVD we're making every HD DVD free leech for a week :)

Doduše samo nedelju dana. Sigurno će sva do sada ekskluzivna HD-DVD izdanja ići i na blu-ray. Ovih par diskova koje imam u kolekciji ipak neke da se bace, uvek ću moći da ih gledam preko PowerDVD-a, sumnjam da će izbaciti podršku.

Skinuo sam Planet.Earth.The.Complete.Series.HD-DVD.1080p.VC-1.DD.5.1 koji je izgleda original.

ne znam kako da pustim ovo čudo? .mkv i ***** zna da pusti učita u player i ćao ali ovo me zeza.

PowerDVD?
HDDVD možeš da pustiš i iz MPC...

How To Play HD DVD Without PowerDVD
From HDWiki
For people that can't run PowerDVD, playback is possible in Media Player Classic
Required

1. Haali's Matroska Splitter, Sonic Decoder v4.2, wmfdist11.exe
2. DirectShow Filter Manager http://www.softella.com/dsfm/index.en.htm

Install

* Install as normal.
* When installing Haali media splitter: I Agree > Next > Next > Tick "Enable MPEG-PS Support" > Install.

After installation

1. Run "DSFMgr.exe" from Download 2
2. Go down the list and find "Sonic Cinemaster Video Decoder 4.2"
3. Click on it so it's highlighted, then click "Show filer properties".
4. In the new Box, click "UnRegister Filter"
5. Then click x on the box and click on "Sonic Cinemaster Audio Decoder 4.2" > "Show filer properties"
6. Move the Bar to "do Not Use", then click "Set New Merit"

Configure

1. Create a folder in C:\Program Files Called "HD-DVD Player"
2. Copy and paste, mplayerc.exe to that folder.
3. Rename mplayerc.exe to hd-dvd.exe
4. Launch hd-dvd.exe and go, View > Options.
5. In Player Options > Tick Store Settings to .ini file Example
6. In "Internal Filters".
1. Un-Tick every Box you see, then click apply.
7. In "External Filters".
1. Add filter.
2. Add - Haali Media Splitter
3. Add - WMVideo Decoder DMO
4. Add - Sonic Cinemaster Audio Decoder 4.2
5. Add - FFDShow Video Decoder
8. Use Prefer on all the filters BUT "ffdshow video decoder", on ffdshow, use Block.That will prevent it from been used
9. Now Click Apply.
10. Go into "Audio Switcher"
11. Un-Tick "Enable built-in...
12. Now click "OK"

Last Step

1. Right Click on your EVO File,
2. Open With > Choose Program > Browse...
3. Go to: C:\Program Files\HD-DVD Player and select "hd-dvd.exe"
4. Tick the box, "Always use the selected program...
5. Then click ok.

This will set it as the default program for EVO Files.

Important

Important things you should have done.

1. Ticked "Enable MPEG-PS Support" when installing MatroskaSplitter
2. Ticked "Store Settings to .ini file" in options in media player classic


Some HD DVDs are H.264, CoreAVC will takes care of this (Must be installed) (tested with transformers).

Merging EVO files

On most HD DVDs you'll need to do this, but on some (like planet earth) you wont.

To find out, play the biggest evo and skip to the last half. if it doesn't start playing after 10 seconds, you need to merge.


1. Use
EVOdemux

2. Find the first file, usually called "FEATURE_1.EVO" or the biggest file in the HD-DVD Folder and select it, click Read EVO, then Rebuild to join them up.

Do sada sam skidao sa neta 720p ripove (x264) i rade mi ok na konfi iz potpisa, nema seckanja, ni desinhornizacije tona i zvuka...E sad,da li ce mi raditi i 1080p, da ne svlacim toliko sa neta pa da se razocaram...

Pvastrumento,radi konverziju iz ts u MPEG-2.Meni fajlovi koje snimam sa sky star2 karticom su svi u .ts formatu.Mozes i da ih pustas direktno sa WMP ali ti treba elecard codec.A pusta ga sigurno i VLC player.
