Hot Coffee Gameplay
When CJ's relationship is good enough he can go in for "coffee". However some diligent hackers have discovered that Rockstar originally planned for CJ to get a whole lot more than "coffee" when he went into their houses. This was first officially made public in a GTASanAndreas.net news report, and has also appeared on G4TV Episode #5093.
With the original code restored, it turns out to be a full-blown sexual intercourse minigame, not unlike those in Leisure Suit Larry: Magna Cum Laude, but far more serious and realistic. This minigame was probably intended to tie in with the dildo gift item somehow. It was undoubtedly cut to ensure the game still maintained an M rating.
The new version of the mod includes several choices, including full nudity and another that can work with existing save games.
The nude version also speeds along the dating process; every girl can be dated at any time and right from the start of a new game so that players can try the feature out at any time and as quickly as possible.
The minigame itself is based entirely on rhythm, pressing up and down in harmony. There is also a "switch positions" function to rotate between various sexual positions, as well as a button for different camera angles.

Beginning a new game you can just go straight to the girlfriends house (denise i believe it is), the mod makes it so each girlfriend is at home every day.
You take her around the corner to get food and then back home....she'll always invite you in for coffee due to the mod.
It starts off with CJ sitting on the bed and denise is in a thong and a shirt which barely covers her breasts.....she proceeds to give oral sex.... at the end of that scene, CJ puts both his hands on her head and forces her down on him....like the pornstars of today like to do.
Second scene is the interactive sex scene where you have to push the stick up and down in rythmn with CJ. Begins with a standard missionary position. Pressing the jump button switches the position from missionary to girl on her back with her legs in the air then doggy style. Primary attack button changes the camera viewpoint for all 3 scenes.
While he has sex he says things like 'damn, you good at this', and 'you should get paid for this, baby'....
successfully pleasing the girl leads to a climactic scene where the girl has an orgasm, failure leads to CJ 'leaving the station early' and collapsing ontop of her. At this point the screen will read 'Failure to satisfy a woman is a crime'.
Despite all this, some do not believe this is real and say it must be a fan-made fabrication, including big names such as UKResistance.co.uk,Gamespotand Phresh Produce for hidden mods in music; to prove it further, GTASanAndreas.net have made further declarations of its authenticity and even released a video of the action (WMV, 8.4 MB)—WARNING: video has female nudity and is sexually explicit (as far as 3D models can be) and should be treated as adult content.
The content was later proven to be made by Rockstar when Kotaku found and printed the codes to unlock the sex mini-game on a Playstation 2 and then Gamespot was able to do so with the codes.
GamePolitics.com ran a story on this, relating it to the state of current video game legislation in Washington, D.C., California, North Carolina, Illinois and Michigan. GamePolitics speculated that hidden sex animations might help video game opponents have GTA:SA declared obscene in certain communities, thus legally restricting sales to minors.
This story spurred Kotaku to run a story comparing the video game and movie rating systems. They wrote that the ESRB's video game rating system in fact has more teeth than the system used to rate movies.
