GeForce GTX 680 Thread

Jedino ne piše da li sprečava obaranje kloka u manje zahtevnim naslovima gde i leži glavni problem tj. da li to radi baš GPU BOOST ili ne.
A ako je ovo rešenje, onda je super vest!
 
Kao što sam već kucao, obaranje klika u manje zahtevim naslovima se rešava tako što se u nvcp-u postevi "Power managment mode" na "prefer maximum performance" u profilu od igre. :)

Što se tiče disableovanja gpu boost-a tu ne vidim nikakav smisao.

According to NVIDIA, GeForce GTX 680 is selling 60% better than its predecessor – GTX 580.
Long story short, it appears that the supplying problems are not related to lesser availability of new GPUs, but popularity of the card, which causes constant shortages on the market.

In late March GeForce GTX 680 was released, which was the first Kepler GPU in the lineup of new GeForce 600 Series.
Card itself offered much better performance than its predecessor – GTX 580 – and as is turned out it was even faster than its main competitor — Radeon HD 7970.
NVIDIA claimed that the new Kepler architecture provide increased power per Watt.

NVIDIA is pleased with the sales of GTX 680. Since the day of the release card is selling better than GeForce GTX 580.
Actual numbers say that it’s 60% better than previous generation.
But there is a catch, because sales mentioned here do not involve only retail customers but every single company that ordered those cards (including large companies).

The GeForce GTX 680 is available worldwide in almost 100 countries, but as we can see only three regions are the most important markets for NVIDIA – North America, Europe and East Asia.

NVIDIA also presents how did Kepler architecture perform in multiple reviews in comparison to Fermi. We can only guess which are the TOP 50 review sites, but according to this data Kepler proved to be much better construction. The biggest impact of new GPUs was on noise and temperature levels.

This tendency of better sales may change a bit, likely because NVIDIA has launched their GTX 670 card and there’s still GTX 660 coming.
Right now, GTX 670 looks like more solid and cost-effective construction. People may also find $600 SLI configuration of GTX 660 cards more attractive than single $500 GTX 680.
 
Aaa, stara dobra Nvidia i njihovi grafikoni puni samohvale. Mada, ako ovo znaci da ce uskoro da izbace nesto jednako dobro za srednji segment, sve im oprastam. :)
 
The Best GPU Ever - možda za nVidiu.
Što se tiče korisnika tiče na pamet mi pada G92, ATi R300, RV770...
 
Jao fuj koje preterivanje, ajde i raketni pogon da dodaju! :D:D:d
 
Očito je dizajner odgledao Mad Max maraton :D
 
Zar nije bolje da stave vodeno nego budje ovoliku gvozdjuriju :d
 
EVGA GTX680 CLASSIFIED 2 Ghz!

Card was overclocked to 2002 MHz with a voltage of 1.212.
Altough GPU-Z shows different clocks, we have a prove of EVGA’s Precision X overclocking utility readings.
With such clocks card has reached unimaginable 16472 points in 3DMark11 in Performance Preset.
For this particular test he used Intel I7-3960X @ 5.5GHz and 16GB of GDDR5 memory.
Card was cooled by Tek-9 FAN custom designed coolant containers, which were made for LN2 cooling.
He did not post any pictures of the voltage-mods that were made to this card yet.

Evo sta kaze i OBR :


Master is back, KingPin achieved WR at GPU clock, in 3D Mark 11 too - 2 GHz on GK104 (Kepler).
This is possible only on EVGA GTX 680 Classified, enjoy! This is real WR, not as faked Radeon HD 7970 results with tesselation OFF.

au brate, koje cifre. nema shta, EVGA objasnila.
 
Jos nije ni neka preterano velika voltaza kolko bi isla da im je radio voltmod auuu ekstra.
 
Poslednja izmena:
Odlicna kartica,dobra izvedba od MSI.
Postignute stabilne vrednosti od 1300 Mhz ;)

Sa volt modovanjem sledeci zadatak je 1400 Mhz :)

Bez dizanja napona gpu boost moze na 1300 i to sam uradio i razumem ali kako je overklokovao memoriju za preko 1ghz to ne razumem. To je za mene misaona imenica, nisam ni blizu tih vrednosti a artefakti lete na sve strane ali to je verovatno moja nestručnost i manjak znanja i iskustva. Bas bi voleo da mu dam moju grafičku da vidim da to isto uradi, mora da ima neka fora... ako neko zna pomagajte!:p
 
Ma to je do primerka nije svaki primerak karte isti neka ce ici bolje memoriju neka gpu ;)

Sto se tice memorije ima i do primerka a i do usaglasenosti frekvencija sa GPU-om jer trpi memorijski kontroler - naravno ovo se odnosi na maksimalne klokove pri maksimalnim optertecenjima.
Licno nadjem maksimalni stabilni klok i tako ostavim,nikad nisam skidao frekvencije zbog neke bojazni (tripa) da karta nece raditi kako treba ili ce se nesto desiti.
Uvek mi je sve radilo perfektno a izvukao sam suvi maksimum iz hardvera ;)

Ovako... gpu boost 1305mhz i memorija 6242mhz (mozda mem moze za nijansu vise), sve ovo je na def. voltazi i u mom slucaju ovo je neki maximum, testirao nekoliko puta i sve je stabilno bez artefakta. Hladjenje nije problem(koje je ubitacno, ovo cudo hladno kao led a necujno:D) tako da je potrebno podesiti voltazu za dalji overclock sto cu uraditi nekom drugom prilikom kad malo udjem u stos kod keplera i voltaze.
Driveri su 304.48 beta i za sada toliko:)

P.S. Obrati paznju na grafikon sa leve strane gpu tweak-a koji pokazuje pravo stanje frakvencija jer gpu boost ide vise neko sto se podesi sa desne strane!

Ma to je sve od modela do modela.Moja, doduse 670-ka ide preko 7ghz za mem. ali zato gpu blokira preko 1200mhz.ungine.jpg
