X700 serija u AGP izdanju se ocekuje tek krajem januara. Da ne prepricevam evo sta kazu ljudi iz Sapphire-a:
"ATI supposed to switch from AGP to PCI-E in this high season (based on Intel´s forecasts) and that was reason of stopping the production of 9800PRO chipsets in September/October. We complained a lot as we sell more then 50% of 9800PRO and it was very serious for us ... no one board in high-end on AGPL So, they started production again but it takes time to fulfil all the backorders.
Regarding the backward bridge from PCI-E to AGP, we have not yet schedule but hopefully it can be in January or February."
Sto se tice nVIDIA planova oni su malko poremeceni cinjenicom da se PCI-E to AGP bridge ozbiljno zagreva skoro do kriticne granice pa ce verovatno izaci novia verzija ovog chipa. Elem evo i njihovog komentara:
"Our R&D told me that they know the bridge chipset is really getting more heat ,but won't cause any break down. Will it ?
nVIDIA 's reference designed board was delayed to AIC's so all the card manufacturers cann't receive the P-release yet.
The big problem of nVIDIA delayed is the PCI- E to AGP bridge chipset seriously shortage. This kind of plight expects to resolve till January. 2005.
According to pull in schedule , we hope to m/p 6600 AGP and 6200 AGP in the middle of January,2005 "
