When buying non-boxed/ tray products, Resellers need to understand:
that AMD's Limited Processor Warranty does not apply to non-boxed products purchased by resellers from suppliers. AMD only provides a limited warranty to resellers on its line of boxed processors purchased from suppliers.
that non-boxed products are intended for use by qualified OEMs only who are equipped to do the appropriate testing of the corresponding solution. AMD offers a 1-year limited warranty to OEMs for non-boxed products directly purchased from AMD.
