A sta bi ti blackbear da je nakacis na 350W ? Koliko treba ATi 5870 isto jedan x8 i jedan x6 pina a za ovu 470 izgleda 2x6 pina isto kao za GTX 260

Ne verujem da cu da kacim fermi na svoj Corsair HX520 (na kome 5870 radi super),
ali nije u tome poenta, ako oces da branis hardver samo izvoli, poenta je u smanjenju
potrosnje, koliko ce trebati za gtx485/490 700,800W?
Po ovim najavama fermi na polju potrosnje ne briljira a jos ako bude brzi 5-20% koja
je poenta takvog apgrejda..

Ima 384-bitnu magistralu, pa bi trebalo da bude 480-ka.

Da li su ovo slike sa CEBIT-a?
 
Ne kazu...sturi tekst samo ponavlja one bajate Chmarlijeve price da 480-ka nema 512 shadera vec nesto manje...ako je sudeci po Google prevodiocu....I uglavnom nista novo, osim tih slika. A2 je revizija cipa, tako da moze biti, ali i ne mora...
 
Zbog tog A2 i pitam, trebalo bi da vec imaju A3 spreman i u pogonu, buduci da je predstavljanje za 3 nedelje.
 
Kuler izgleda moćno sa ta četiri heat pipe-a. Ne sećam se da je neka referentna karta do sada imala toliko heat pipe-ova.

EDIT: i HD5870 ima isto koliko :)

Gigabyte GeForce GTX 480/470 boxes are shiny and empty

After yesterday's NSFW posts it's time to calm down a bit and contemplate something less hardcore that's still related to Nvidia's first DirectX 11 cards. Yes, it's cardboard everybody, shaped in the form of boxes for Gigabyte's own GeForce GTX 480 and GTX 470 cards.

Typing mistakes aside, the boxes reconfirm that the GTX 470 features a 320-bit memory interface and 1280 MB of GDDR5 VRAM, and the GTX 480 has a 384-bit / 1536MB configuration. Both upcoming cards are powered by the GF100 40nm GPU, have DirectX 11, CUDA, PhysX and 3-way SLI support, feature 3D Vision Surround (for three-display 3D) technology, and boast dual-DVI and mini HDMI outputs. The cards' clocks are still unknown.

Both the GTX 480 and GTX 470 are scheduled for a March 26 release so expect to see these two boxes in stores just after that date.

Nvidia’s ultra-secure location provided us with probably the most interesting meeting of the day. In one room they had a GTX 480 SLI system up and running, connected to 3 1080p screens powering Need For Speed Shift (in 3D). Next door, a similar system was running Bad Company 2 on the same display configuration. In a third room were numerous boxes running single GTX 480 cards. We are glad to report that the room was not burning down and that it didn’t sound like a wind tunnel which is great... as for the various tech demos on show, each was impressive in its own way. Hair effects on the GTX 480 are significantly ahead of anything we have seen before. The level of detail in PhysX explosions such as the collapsing bridge was also highly impressive.

As for the cards themselves, we are not allowed to show any images today but we will say that reports of massive or loud cooling solutions are well off the mark.

Jel za 3D preko GTX 480/470 dovoljan LCD TV ili Monitor sa minimum 120Hz? Naravno i naocare ili?
 
Da nv naocare(valjda su 20 000), i display sa 120Hz.

The folks at Chiphell forums have posted up shots of NVIDIA's yet released GeForce GTX 470 performance numbers. While we're unable to verify the accuracy of these screenshots, it is nevertheless interesting to speculate about what is to come.

možda su i tačne brojke. nvidia nema ni drajvere za ove nove, mislim zvanične
 
Najgore od svega je sto ovi testovi imaju smisla, kad malo razmislim :)
Unigine je bolja, dok je u realnim aplikacijama losija...

Koji je ono intel iz 3dmark-a?:trust:

Nesto tu ne stima. Gde su nasli sa tim procesorom da testiraju, pogotovo 3d06, definitvino je usko grlo, pa moj procesor ima 2800. A i sm 2.0 skor(5699) nije u redu, isti kao kod mene na 8800GT, sto je nemoguce.
 
Ta informacija(za krizu) nije tačna, potvrdio je lik na našem drugom forumu koji ima privilegiju da je testira. Dodao je da samo toliko sme trenutno da kaže....

Rekao je da je cela ta tabela fake i da nema veze sa mozgom ali samo to sme da kaze.
 
Pa nisu lose brojke za Warhead. Mada je stvarno sumnjivo da 470 ima 3x veci min FPS kada se ukljuci 8xAA.
 
Ogoljeni 470 i 480 ovog puta...



 
Sem veceg GPU ovo ne izgleda nista komplikovanije od recimo GTX280/285, mislim na kuler i PCB.:)
