Dash Core 18.2.1 is a hotfix version of the Dash Core 18.2.x series. This release fixes an issue in the previously released, then rescinded v18.2.0. You can find detailed release notes at https://github.com/dashpay/dash/blob/v18.2.1/doc/release-notes.md. To see what was introduced in v18.2.0 see the release notes at https://github.com/dashpay/dash/blob/v18.2.0/doc/release-notes.md.

This release is optional for all nodes.

Dash Core 18.2.2 Release Announcement
Dash Core 18.2.2 is a hotfix version of the Dash Core 18.2.x series. You can find detailed release notes at https://github.com/dashpay/dash/blob/v18.2.2/doc/release-notes.md.
This release fixes a critical bug which could allow a miner to produce a block which would result in a crash during validation.
This release is highly recommended for all nodes; non-upgraded nodes will be vulnerable to the previously mentioned crash.

On May 22, 2023, the Dash network faced an unexpected disruption due to a glitch during the activation of version 19.0.0 at block 1,874,880. The network was stalled for roughly 16 hours, which marks the first outage since approximately 2015. Many have speculated on the origin of the issue. This post aims to put the speculation at bay as we report our findings.

TL;DR: The issue was related to the upgrade of our BLS scheme from a non-standard scheme to a new standard scheme used by the industry. It is worth noting that when we introduced BLS threshold cryptography to our network in 2018 there was no defined standard. This upgrade is vital on our path to inter-blockchain communication.

Danas bi trebalo da izađe v19.2.0 core wallet, tako da je najbolje da sačekaš njega, pošto će ionako biti obavezan update koji mora da se uradi do polovine jula.
Ako si imao neki stari wallet pre toga, možda moraš da uradiš reindex kako bi se sinhronizovao kako treba, pošto je bilo dosta promena u poslednjih par verzija.

Dash Core 19.2.0 is a mandatory minor version that does include breaking changes. You can find detailed release notes at https://github.com/dashpay/dash/blob/v19.2.0/doc/release-notes.md.

When upgrading from a version < 19.2, a migration process will occur. Although expected to complete quite quickly, this migration process can take up to thirty minutes to complete on some systems.

This release is mandatory for all nodes. Versions < 19.2 are expected to fork off from the rest of the network on July 6th.

dash je na svom "istorijskom" minimumu. Daleke 2018 (ili 2017.) dostigao je cenu od 24$ za novcic. Danas , evo ga pade ispod 25$.
Kako god VelikO RazocarenjE. sve im "radi podmazano" a cene u imploziji :(

Nažalost, Dash je specijalizovan kao kripto koji se koristi za plaćanje (zamena za keš), ali skoro niko trenutno ne koristi kripto u te svrhe.
Kripto se trenutno koristi primarno za špekulaciju i najveći broj transakcija se odvija mimo blockchain-a.
Da ljudi zapravo koriste kripto za ono za šta je namenjen, već bi BTC mreža opet bila zagušena, fee-jevi bi otišli u nebesa i onda bi svi tražili alternative.

Plus, čijnenica da Dash emisiona kriva kasni više godina za BTC-om i LTC-om (pošto se pojavio kasnije) znači da je inflacija još uvek relativno visoka, što je dobro za ulazak, ali nije dobro za kretanje cene.

Videćemo da li će Dash platforma da promeni situaciju. Trenutno je aktivna na test net-u i razvijaju se aplikacije za nju. U suštini, dovoljna je jedna killer aplikacija da preokrene sve, jer je količina Dash-a na menjačnicama prilično ograničena. Oni koji rade na razvoju tokom bear marketa, posle ubiraju plodove kada krene bull market. Pod uslovom da prežive bear market, naravno.

Lično, ja i dalje ne vidim bolju alternativu za payment coin, zato i ostajem i dalje u projektu.

Reminder that all v20 hard fork activated features are not enabled until the hard fork activates. This will occur no sooner than November 30th.

Masternode Operators should ensure they remove sentinel when they upgrade to 20.0.0 as it is no longer used or needed.

Jeste užasno potcenjen.
Svašta rade, wallet je samo surface level stuff. U poslednjih godinu dana su bila dva hard fork-a zbog implementacije priprema za Evo update mreže.
Podignuti su Evo masternodovi, koji će pored standardnog lvl 1 protokola opsluživati i Evo platformu koja omogućava data contract-e i decentralizovani API za komunikaciju sa mrežnim skladištem podataka.
Pored toga, lvl 1 mreža funkcioniše bolje nego ikada. Transakcije su rešene za dve sekunde, posle čega možeš odmah da šalješ sredstva dalje, nema potrebe da se čeka sledeći blok.
Evo platforma se vrti na test mreži već neko vreme, ali peglaju sve bagove pre nego što je aktiviraju na glavnoj mreži.
 
Strava. Ovo je verovatno najpotcenjeniji dobri projekat. Nisam ga jako dugo pratio ali mi je drago da se sljaka na njemu.

Zaboravih da pomenem da kroz Crowdnode servis možeš da učestvuješ u masternode sistemu direktno kroz interfejs mobilnog wallet-a sa bilo kojim iznosom. Tako da ako imaš tipa 1 Dash i stejkuješ ga kroz mobilni wallet, dobijaš pasivni prihod svake nedelje. Trenutni APY je oko 7,7%
