Spisak ovlašćenih laptop servisa po brendovima

Gde bih mogao da sredim jedan taster (strelica dole) na tastaturi, klima se i ponekad ispadne, ali osvetljenje i klik normalno radi? Lenovo T440.
 
Ne bi bilo lose odraditi reviziju servisa, a mozda usput ako neko ima da doda skorasnja iskustva.

U prici su i Gigabyte laptopovi koji su odlicno, recimo Aorus serija.

MSI takodje ima bas ozbiljne masine, ja sam licno prezadovoljan izradom i sve kako to radi i izgleda. Da li zna neko ko je ovlascen servis za MSI laptopove?

I ostaje i dalje standar Acer, Asus, Dell, HP, Lenovo.
 
I ja imam slično iskustvo sa MSI laptopovima.
 
@dzonihsv @djalf Koji su to modeli bili u pitanju? Ja imam samo iskustvo sa Steel series i ovim high end laptopovima sa RTX grafickim kartama. Ni najmanji problem na uredjajima starim po godinu i po dana. Nemam iskustva sa ovim jeftinijim, ne znam da li ima veze sto su ovi oko 2000e pa da u skladu s time ide i kvalitet. Mozda je i jednostavno losija kontrola pa se provuku feleri. Meni recimo Lenovo kod zene imao problema sa sarkama. Ali to mozemo pripisati i malo nezgodnijem rukovanju x)

On topic: Nepo System je ovlasceni servis za HP, MSI, Acer. Za Acer Predator su po serijskom broju rekli da moze, samo je garancija jedna godina, a dve sa racunom. Za HP i MSI su rekli da moze po serijskom broju, ali mora da se da broj da provere sta i kako, dal mora neka izmena ili ide dve godine, dakle za 100% potvrdu, mora da se da serijski broj. Razlog je i sto recimo prihvataju za HP Omen seriju, ali G seriju ne rade oni nego neko drugi. Isto je i za Lenovo, neki modeli nemaju internacionalnu garanciju pa treba proveriti.
 
Za starije modele, novije nisam video godinama. Bukvalno svaki se raspao.
 
Da, ti stariji modeli, tipa tamo 2012,13, posebno niza klasa, znam da se raspadala kao da je od korica za tortu napravljen. nisam verovao da je moguce nesto tako da se raspadne. Sada su izuzetno kvalitetni, ja sam se bas iznenadio. Recimo poslednji koji sam imao iz Steelseries 10750h _ rtx 2070, izrada neverovatna i izbacio bolje rezultate od Acera i Razera sa istom konfiguracijom. Baterija 99.9wh, brdo nekih nagrada dobili, tako da su sada druga prica (opet, govorim iskljucivo za ove gaming skupe masine)

Is it normal that PIN service in Novi Sad in "potvrda o prijemu uređaja na servis"
lists me as:
Naziv: xxx fizićko lico,
podaca o kupcu: tel: null, e-mail: null

?
Can anyone share here how a normal Confirmation of Device Reception for Service should look?
 
Along with incomplete service receipt (missing personal data), there is lack of registration in Lenovo's repair tracking system. The PIN service man told me it won't be registered until their technician starts working on it. 2 days passed and nothing. It looks weird because when I used Lenovo warranty service in another country, it was trackable in Lenovo repairs list within a hour.

BTW, when I asked why "xxx individual" instead of my name, the receptionist replied "we had such an error when printing out, look, all your data is in our database". Very weird.

I used Lenovo authorized warranty service in other countries and I must assure you it looks very suspicious.
Usually, the repair status is trackable on Lenovo site on the same day.

2 all: is there anybody who has done warranty service in PIN service recently?

my update on Pin service. I evaluate them as 5 stars! The service has completed the rapair within 16 days and everything works as expected, I received exactly my parts with the MB replaced.
The only oddity - on Lenovo's side [?] - the repair is not reflected in the history on the Lenovo website and, accordingly, the warranty period has not changed taking into account the time spent on repairs.
