Silent Giant LC6550GP V2.0 is the most popular model, costs around 50 euros (70$).

That is a Huntkey Green Star LW-6550GP. $72 is a good price for that considering it has the black chrome finish and 140MM fan (bare bones version is gray with 120MM fan.)
What is it going to power?
It's an ok unit. Just keep in mind that the 550W is rated at 25°C and that the 85% efficiency is with 230V input. Most I've been able to squeeze out of one is 81% w/ 115V input and in the hot box they don't run for more than a couple minutes with loads > 400~450W.
If your PC can "get by" with around 400W, then that's a good unit.

Chieftec does either Sirtec for the low end or CWT for the high end.
In the sub $100 arena, I think I'd rather have the LC-Power.
I'm not too impressed with Sirtec. They used to be Thermaltake over here before they figured out that was a bad idea.
