The Big One
The main difference is that the Gator software has been completely removed from the installer.
Smaller Ones
Size sorting was broken.
Button for entering the registration code on the About window didn't work.
The "Recent Finished Files" (And "Recent Finished URLs") on the Download Status menus weren't always refreshing right.
And a few other small bugs fixed.
