Da li postoji način da se spoje bez reencodovanja, ako ne šta preporučujete, nisam u toku sa najnovijim programima?

EDIT: mediainfo u mpc-hc nije lepo izbacio za prvi fajl, on ima 25 fps

ne može bez encoding-a, pošto se pravi novi video fajl. može DaVinci za ovo, npr
ono što meni nije jasno u celoj ovoj priči je što ti mobilni snimaju 4K u AVC a ne u HEVC.

Ne znam, to su stariji mobilni Samsung Galaxy Note 8 (verovatno američka verzija jer snima u 30fps) i HTC 10
