Missing Sharing tab in Lan Properties

Nema mi opcije Sharing,sve sam skoro probao sa neta resenja i nikako da dobijem opciju,koristim Windows 7 Starter na laptopu

Evo link sa nekog foruma sa i stim problemom i slikama isto i meni nema opcije kao na drugoj slici
