Ovo bukvalno ne znaci nista, ali ipak:
Microsoft has agreed to implement a program where it provides certain experts from other companies with the closely-kept source code for several of its most popular products, including the Windows OS and .Net server software.
The experts will be system integrators from companies who already qualify as top-level Microsoft partners, including Compaq and Avanade. This will allow them to use Microsoft systems more effectively, and help in resolving problems.
Microsoft will license access to the source code for three years, and it will be available through a highly-secured database, accessible only with a physical keycard. This might help put MS on par with open-source OS Linux.
