IE8 i webmail (Exchange 2010)

Kolega ima problem da mu stalno iskache neki error prozor dok koristi exchange webmail na svom laptopu. Dao sam kolegi da proba Chrome, i isto. Evo ga error za IE8. pa predlozite sta da radim:

Iskache mu prozor na svakih 10-ak minuta, pa onda kaze da mora da rstartuje IE8 i ponovo udje u webmail.
