Resen je slucaj sa mojim felericnim ventom, poslace mi nov, a ja njima moram da vratim ovaj defektni.

Can you please feedback detail address , country and tel# so that we can arrange it to you.
And please also help us to send the defective fan back to our RMA center in CZ once you receive the new fan , we will offer you the RMA number and you can pack the defective fan by using the cover that come with the new fan.
Please be informed that according to Sapphire RMA policy, Sapphire will pay for sending customer replacement fan, but customer will need to pay for returning Sapphire defective fan.
You can just send via air mail so that can save the cost.
We need the defective back so that we can make some failure analysis.
