ATI 7500 i Colin 2

...u Win XP-u radi odlicno, dok u 98SE nece ni da se pokrene...koristim poslednje drajvere i dx 8.1...da li neko zna u cemu je problem, cim pokrenem igru win posalje poruku 'CMR2.EXE ERROR' ili slicno??

Jeste glupo al probaj, instaliraj medium ili onaj osnovni installation. Imam identichan problem. Pozdrav.

Evo ja cim snimim 20-tak CD-ova cu da probam, dotle ... nemam mesta na hardu 🙁

Kako god da sam probao da ga instaliram, meni radi, minimum, medium, full. Uvek mi radi. Ne znam kako da ti pomognem.

Ovaj problem je opisan na ATI-jevom sajtu. Vidi pod
"gaming issues" pa INVALID INSTRUCTION.... bla-bla-truc, IN
CMR2.EXE. Resenje se svodi na to da se enejbluje sekundarni
displej (tj. TV out). Ja sam imao isti problem na Duron+Win98+Radeon 7000:

This issue affects graphics adapters based on the following chipsets when using only a single monitor configuration:
RADEON VE
RADEON 7000
RADEON 7500
RADEON 8500
Attempting to start the game Colin McRae Rally 2 may result in a hang, or error stating "CMR2.EXE caused an invalid page fault in module CMR2.EXE"
For display adapters supporting multiple outputs you can work around this issue by attaching a secondary display. This display must be enabled as an extended desktop as follows:
Ensure that you have installed the latest patch for the game.
Connect a secondary display and reboot the system.
Open DISPLAY PROPERTIES in the Control Panel.
Click on the SETTINGS tab, then select the SECONDARY DISPLAY.
Check the "Extend the desktop onto this display" option.
Apply the settings and launch the game.
