Grand Theft Auto VI

Ne sumnjam da ce biti odlicna igra, ali videcemo kako ce meni leci... jedino sam u RDR2 uzivao, nijedan GTA nisam presao jer me je smorio posle nekog vremena.

Nacekacu se za neki novi RDR3. :D
Sad mi je lakse,ja to nisam smeo ni da napisem,jer ipak je to GTA fransiza.Milioni se "dave" u igri,a meni dosadna.

E sad, meni to nije problem ako je priča dobra i zapravo ni ne volim open world stil, ali kapiram zašto se mnogi osećaju zavedenim ako im se nešto reklamira kao potpuno otvoren svet, a onda moraju da prate redosled koji je studio odredio.
 
Ljudi zaboravljaju da je GTA V prvobitno izašao za ps3 i x360, konzole iz 2005. godine sa po 512mb RAM memorije 😀
Jeste na ps4 i PC izašla “unapređena” verzija, ali to je u srži ista igra.
IV port je već druga priča…
Cim izasao gta v odmah sam kupio ps 3 dobra grafika bila
99% ima da podignu cene ps 4 i ps 5 cim izadje gta vi
Jer sad ps 4 vredi neki 120e pa na gore

Mora postojati neka struktura u igri jer je nemoguce dizajnirati igru sa beskonacnim opcijama. Radili bi je 30 godina sa svim mogucim ishodima. To ce mozda nekad postati opcija sa AI implementacijama.

Ali kao takve, R* igre imaju najvise izbora. Koliko me pamcenje sluzi, svaku sam misiu uradio na svoj nacin, pa nekada ponovoio sa drugim ishodom. Ima struktura radi price ali ima sloboda na koji nacin da igras.

I kao sto vidis. Nije tacno da svaki put ima neki random NPC da te ugleda. Igrajuci je po drgi put, takve su meni sanse 50/50%.

The star-spangled company's biggest hit celebrated its 10th anniversary on September 17. Despite this longevity, we still have very little official information from Rockstar Games about the next entry of the saga, GTA 6. Except that development is “active” and that it was confirmed on February 2022.


Last year’s unfortunate leaks affair, following the hacking of a Rockstar Toronto studio developer’s Slack account by the young hacker group “Lapsus”, shamefully revealed a certain amount of information about the most eagerly anticipated game of this decade.





After many months of work and research, and with the help of our sources, we have been able to obtain some rather interesting information on the technical improvements that should be present in GTA 6, thanks in particular to the evolution of the RAGE engine. Here's a sneak preview.


The evolution of the RAGE

Since its creation, Rockstar Games’ proprietary Rockstar Advanced Game Engine, known by its acronym “RAGE”, has continued to evolve to become one of the powerful engine in the video game industry.


A history of engine improvements since Grand Theft Auto V:


  • RAGE 7 (GTA 5): this version brought a number of innovations, such as an improved scripting engine, DirectX 11 implementation and improved memory management. It is still one of the most effective versions today, 10 years later.

  • RAGE 8 (RDR 2): this innovative version in its artificial intelligence, weather management, volumetric effects and implementation of Vulkan and DirectX 12 APIs. Interactions with NPCs are among the most advanced in the industry today.

With regard to RAGE version 9 for GTA 6, this new version will be innovative essentially on:


  • Game physics (water physically sid in real time, better vehicle deformations, etc.).
  • More realistic time management (morning, day, evening and night)
  • Quality of rendering (textures, lighting, volumetric clouds, etc.)
  • Artificial intelligence (interactions with NPCs, font reaction, etc.)

In the video game industry, all studios have in their specifications the following main objective: “Let’s do our best. ."

The graphics gap between Red Dead Redemption 2 and GTA 6 will be greater than the one we experienced between GTA 5 and RDR 2.

If a company brings a cultural product to the market that becomes the most profitable in history, there’s no point inspeculating about the intentions of the next project’s technical specifications, which have largely been revised up. It's not just about doing it better, it's about it differently. And that’s why Rockstar Games will be offering us something never before seen in the video game industry with its new version of the RAGE engine.


The physics of water


Water has always been a difficult element element reproduce to in video games, especially since the advent of 3D. Most developers use a mesh system for their rendering. The advantage of this method is that it requires very little performance, and the rendering remains credible.

For GTA 6, Rockstar Games has an revolutionary system for physically ascing physically simuld water in real time. This has been done for years in film and 3D applications, but the has rendering never been realtime .


Experiments have already been carried out at NVIDIA, but the balance between realism and performance has never been interesting to be exploitable.


WaveWorks 1.0 offered an improved mesh system that was the cutting edge a few years ago, but was never real:





More recently, WaveWorks 2.0 has made possible to obtain a node-based system, but the result is still a long way from what Rockstar Games has developed:






Rockstar so Games has decided to develop a new technology concerning water physics and integrate it into their next project, GTA 6. The team in charge of this mission is called the RAGE Technology Group« , a subdivision of the Rockstar San Diego studio that developed and released the starry firm’s proprietary in 2006. The team is composed of twenty-ish engineers with in-depth knowledge of programming, real-time physics simulation, understanding of memory padding considerations, linear algebra, trigonometry, matrix and quaternion mathematics.


After months of research, experimentation and optimization, engineers at the Californian studio have achieved the feat of physically simulating in an open-world video game in real time.


Here’s a 3D animation from 2016 that best represents the physics and graphics of the water we’ll see in GTA 6:





We so can speculate that the ocean will play an important role in the GTA 6 universe, and that new activities such as surfing will be possible (this has yet not been confirmed). In 2000, Rockstar Games published the video game Surfing H30, developed by Opus Studio. The game that is, it had the merit of daring to venture into an area where the technical capabilities of the time were not optimal for making for the most of the targeted activity.


Vehicle physics

Many improvements have been made to vehicle physics, thanks to a significant increase in the number of polygons compared with GTA 5. This will be enable more precise deformations and, by extension, more realistic accidents. From now on, vehicle customization will impact not only the exterior, but also the driving experience. In any case, this is what Rockstar and the San Diego teams are aiming with the new version of the RAGE engine.

The light

GTA 6 will be the first title in the Grand Theft Auto saga to feature physically sisid light. This is made possible by materials called PBR (Physics-Based Rendering), which are the set of technologies that give materials physical optical properties (reflection, roughness, etc.) . These technologies have been available since 2018 thanks to RAGE 8 (Red Dead Redemption 2), which was based on PBR rendering. This enable textures to be rendered more realistically in relation to light, for a more immersive experience both day and night.


Vice City is Rockstar Games' satirical take on Miami. As a city renowned for its nightlife, it was necessary to necessarily players to experience a more realistic immersion during the night.


Meteorology

There will be a real weather system that will impact the game's environment and gameplay. Gusts of wind will batter vegetation and create waves that will disturb the peace and quietness of the beach. Rain and wind will affect your driving during high-speed travel. Sunrises and sunsets will be more realistic than ever, and nights more disturbing...


So there you have it, a brief overview of the new features we can expect to see in GTA 6. But at least, the main objective on that the Rockstar San Diego teams have been hard at work for many months (and years). NBNB: Of course, some of the information divulged in this dossier is still at the stage of development and objectives to be achieved by the teams from the starry firm. It is not there 100% certain that all these options will be implemented with the release of GTA 6 and the new version of RAGE9.

Mnogo godina je prošlo... Neka me tuga safatala dok ovo pišem kao da sam nekakva đedurina.
Eee, ja sam onda prađedurina, meni je prvi bio GTA III, a tada sam već bio apsolvent... :(
Još uvek volim da igram igrice i iščekujem GTA VI, a mislim da su one koje igram bolje od onih koje igra moj sin srednjoškolac (Fortnite, Valorant...)
 
Sve vise prica vuce na to da ce biti neki naziv grada u imenu kao tipa Vice City nego GTA VI ali jos malo pa cemo da vidimo. Jedno je sigurno igra ce biti brutalna i trebace jaka konfiguracija za pristojan gameplay.
 
Odakle ti to da ce biti brutalna i da ce trebati jaka masina? Pa imas gameplay vec. Daleko je ono od uber grafickog pomaka.

Igra izlazi za konzole primarno tako da.. bice opusteno igriva sa 3000 serijom. R* treba da pokida sa gameplayom ali se plasim da ce se ovaj put vise fokusirati na online aspekt.

Neka bude na nivou RDR2, meni dosta.

U ostalom, dans da izadje, PC igraci ce cekati skoro 2 godine na port.
 
Igra će vani verovatno 2025. Mark my words. Možda ovog puta bude za sve tri platforme istovremeno.
Što se grafike tiče mislim da će i dalje ostati u GTA stilu što je dobra stvar. Ipak, verujem da će Rockstar ići na neko nabudživanje. Ne bi bilo loše da dobijemo i neki Cyberpunk nivo. GTA 5 rađen je na umu za PS3/Xbox360, ovo što sada imamo je daleko ozbiljnije.

Gameplay ne postoji tj nista jos uvek zvanicno ne postoji da bi moglo da se tvrdi da je tako. Logicno je da ce biti bolja nego RDR 2. A to nema pravila moze da izadje za sve platforme u isto vreme.
 
"A odakle tebi to da nece biti brutalna i da ces moci da je igras sa tim sto si ti naveo?" Nece biti brutalna jer izlazi primarno za konzole. Ne moze biti brutalna. Zna se tehnoloski limit konzola.

Igra ce biti malo naprednija od danasnjeg GTA5 PS5 verzije i to je to. Sto je opet ok jer je ovako izgledala kada je tek izasla.

Teska prica si druze 😵‍💫
 
Pa i Cyberpunk radi na PS5, ali opet na kompu može da se nasvira i izgleda još bolje nego na konzoli.

OK, GTA primarno prave za konzolu, ali verujem da će na računaru izgledati jos bolje.
 
Izgledaće dobro, kao i svaki gta do sad. Nikad nisu forsirali najbolju grafiku u pogledu detalja, ali "art design" im je bio odličan. Svaki grad je bio specifičan i npr u gta SA si mogao na osnovu skrinsota odakle god, da skontaš koji je grad.
GTA IV je imao sumornu atmosferu koja odlično ide uz new york, suprotno vice city - u npr.

Sa skrinšota koji je okačio @Glenn se vidi dosta detalja i u modelima i teksturama. Kad se na ovo doda post processing, plus osvetljenje kao u rdr2, izgledaće odlično, ali verovatno ništa revolucionarno.
 
Samo se plasim da ne posegnu sa 30FPS verzijom kao sto su prvi put i sa GTA5 i RDR2. Onda zaista treba cekati 2025tu i 5000 seriju karti.
 
A šta ako se svi ovi leak-ovi ispostave kao laž? :unsure:
Testiranje mapa i modela u igri ne mora uvek da znači da će tako i biti...
 
A koje su to tri platforme? Na PC nema šanse da izadje kad i za konzole, Nintendo ni dan danas nema GTA V.

Glasine su da je preorder od 12-og. Ako je istina trailer će da bude neverovatna navlakuša, nešto kao trailer za hollyeoodski blockbuster. Gde sam se našao da željno iščekujem tailer za igricu 😂

Ocigledno ovde ima ljudi koji su vec igrali novi GTA i znaju sve o igri i pre nego sto se pojavila u javnosti 🤣 jedno je sigurno na ovom forumu ima takvih "likova" da se prost covek zapita dal je ovo sve realno
 
"Ocigledno ovde ima ljudi koji su vec igrali novi GTA" Ja koliko znam, imaju dvojica kolega koji su radili na GTA online i sada rade na GTA 6. Aktivni su clanovi. Mozda ih ima jos. Ima dosta developer na forumu. Pogotovo koji rade sa UE.

Treca platforma bi bila old gen. Znaci old, new i PC. Previse je bi para bilo baceno ako ne izdaju za PS4 Pro i XBONE X. Ali ajde, saznamo petog. Mosza old gen 30FPS, current gen 60FPS i Pc 2029te.
