NVIDIA:
General:
Occasionally the tree leaves will appear as square boxes.

6000/7000 series cards:
Cars do not show damage.
Changing the resolution or minimizing the game can sometimes result in visual
corruption. You can restart the game to resolve this issue.

ATI:
General:
A slightly visible diagonal line appears across the screen.

1900 or less series cards:
Cars do not show damage.

3600 series cards:
Can show very noticeable banding.

3870 X2:
Rain drops show up as bright white / red dots on screen

Crossfire game side bugs:
Interior and Night time shadows blink until approached.
When transitioning from interior to exterior the screen will pulse with different
intensities of light for a few seconds.
On occasion the water will jitter rapidly.

But on other levels, it hasn't a clue. Like the vast majority of PC games, it auto-calculates its graphic settings. Unlike the vast majority of PC games, which generally underestimate what your PC can manage for the logical reason that a less-attractive game is less annoying than a less-playable one, its auto-calculation is more than a little optimistic. I had to knock down the default graphic options quite a bit on my PC (dual-core 2.4GHz, 2GB RAM, 640MB GeForce 8800) until I got an acceptable rate, and even then there was the occasional really nasty drop. While my experience was more pronounced than most, speaking to other reviewers via the secret review-grapevine lead to confirmation that fiddling to get it playable was universal.

Eh sad, malo ga preterashe. Ko je igrao zna da je igra super ali reci da nesto slicno nije vidjeno do sada je cisto proseravanje.

Mada verujem da za ljude koji tvrde kako je NFS: Undercover OK igra, GTAIV biser nad biserima :p

Prve su sa relativno visokim podesavanjima (20-30 FPS navodno), a zadnje dve su navodno low.

Da li se to meni cini ili je neoptimizovano smece? Bar sto se tiche ATI grafike.

Smejali smo se ovoj stavki u recommended specs, sada ispade da je istina :trust:

Recommended gfx:
512MB NVIDIA 8600 / 512MB ATI 3870
 
Velika je razlika izmedju 4870 i 3870 :)
 
znaci nemam reci... po ovim ss se moze samo reci da ce igra da razocara... sto izgledom, sto zahtevnoscu... kanda se necemo previse naigrati sa prosecnim igrackim kompom u nasoj zemlji :(

sorry for my noobiness, but how do I post screens here?

by the way, with all details maxed out, my rig averages somewhere in between 24 to 35 frames. most noticable slowdowns are in large traffic incidents (that I cause), ie accidents.

completely playable, but I will tweak a few setting to keep it at about 30 fps

A sta kazes na ovo?

Has anyone successfully got this game running smoothly?

My pc specs 2.1 dual core, 3.5gb ram, GTX260

The game runs terrible for me and my bro (slightly better specs) even on low settings! The visuals look amazing but the frame rate is a killer. To say this game has req specs of a geforce 7900 is a complete joke. Unless the GTX260 is a dud card, which im sure it isnt after i spent a good 2 weeks researching what card I could upgrade to specifically for this game.

I dont know what else I can try, unless there's word of a patch coming out to fix this, ill be refunding it within the week.

Sa GTX260 neigrivo!? Doduse lik nema preterano brz CPU niti je stavio OS, moguce da je vista.

EDIT: Ni SP3 za XP u system requirements nije preterivanje. Bez njega moze doci do pucanja pri pokretanju (fatal error). (http://www.gtaforums.com/index.php?showtopic=378511)

To su bre ameri. Oni se svi igraju na nekim 2500x1600 rezolucijama. :D

Pre nego sto iskucaj takav mudar komentar bar se potrudi da POGLEDAS i procitas neke stvari o tome o cemu se raspravlja. Par postova iznad sam postavio linkove ka slikama male rezolucije na dovoljno jakoj konfiguraciji u mizernoj rezoluciji.

Sto se tice optimizacije, neko je potvrdio da je igra kriminalno lose optimizovana za ATI kartice, a da prerelease verzija (koju su magazini testirali) nije ni imala podrsku za ove kartice... :trust: To je potvrdio testiranjem razlicitih kartica i sa razlicitim verzijama drajvera.

Ma, 1024x768, Medium, 25 Frejmova i ja cju biti zadovoljan :d
 
A i pise 2.1 dual core, pa takav procesor ne moze ni 9600gt da izgura. Ovo je preterivanje, bice igra normalno zahtevna kada se malo sredi view distance i rezolucija...
