Ako neko zna kako ovo rešiti, ako ne, nek barem stoji kao upozorenje.
LM, danas sam Vizom kupovao Cardano preko MoonPay-a i to je otišlo na neku adresu na Cardano Blockchain Explorer umesto na moj novčanik. Kontaktirao sam ih i odgovorili mi ovako:
"If you’re using MoonPay through a partner wallet application, your wallet will automatically pass us your correct wallet address, and so you don’t need to tell us where to send your cryptocurrency.
If you do not see the cryptocurrency in your wallet, please contact your wallet provider for further assistance.
Please provide their support team with your Transaction ID and Wallet Address where the transaction was sent to as per your Trade History."
Ovi mentoli iz Guarda supporta mi odgovaraju ovako:
"We are not partners of MoonPay, we are not able to help you in this case. To receive any tokens in Guarda, you must use Guarda wallet address of ADA. Please contact Moonpay support."
I dalje me šaltaju sa moronskim robotskim porukama kako nisu partneri i ne pada im na pamet da ponude neko rešenje.
Jel ima neko ideju šta bi mogao da uradim da spasem moje krvavo zarađene Kardančiće?
