Mislim da je glupost uopste razmisljati o kalorijama. To je jedinca energije i potuptno me ne zanima.
Bitno mi je koliko dnevno unesem proteina, koliko zasicenih masti, koliko vlakna, koliko uh(od tih UH koliko prostih koliko kmpleksnih, koliko vlaknastih, koji je Gm index...), koliko vitamina ABCD, kolimo omega 3 kiselina, koliko minerala...
A kolko sta ima kaloraja ne zanima me niti ce me ikad zanimati.

U kalorijskom deficiti deficiti mogu da gubim i gustinu kostiju i misice i masti i da time gubim kilazu... Neka hvala.
Koliko proteina koliko masti koliko UH koliko vitamina koliko minerala unosim , to je bitno mom telu, a ne koliko je to kilicinski energije.
Ali medijski kao sto su vidi opet Blic zena nametnuli da su kalorije najbitnije .

More magazines sell if they say "weight loss" or "Low Calories". More food sells if it says low calories. People will buy low calorie food regardless if there are no nutrients in it, just as long as it says low calorie. "Hey honey, I found us healthy donuts. This donut only has 20 calories, which means it is healthy for us." This is usually the way Americans think. They could care less that the donut is loaded with cancer producing agents, and that the vital nutrient exchange system will be compromised of getting nutrients, which will in turn cause a catabolic effect to occur. Muscle is used to provide protein to the VNES and fat metabolism ceases. The person gets fatter from eating the 20 calorie donut. Unfortunately, this is the great American way of believing that eating foods that have less calories is actually a healthy thing to do.
Vidi ovaj proizvod , ima samo 3 grama masti, 2 grama propstih secera, 50 grama poretina, 25 grama kompleksnih ugljenih hidrata , dosta vitamina i minerala u sebi.
NE VALJA IMA MNOGO KALORIJA..
Vidi ovaj proizvod ima samo masti, proste ugljene hidrate(secere) , nema ni vitamina ni minerala ni proteina ni kompleksnih UH.
