Vista Update i Gadget problem

Jedanput sam uradio ali sada kaze za:
Windows Update
Error - Code80070005
Weather Gadget kada upisem Beograd (ili bilo sta drugo) kaze No Service Available,

Da li neko zna resenje
Disableovan Firewall u Windowsu ali je ukljucen na Routeru! Da li je to to?

Pokusaj:

1. Close and unload Sidebar
2. Open elevated CMD.exe and follow to the folder: C:/Program files/Windows Sidebar
3. Type regsvr32 /u wlsrvc.dll
4. After a message telling that .dll was successfully unregistred you must take an ownership on wlsrvc.dll. Type takeown /F wlsrvc.dll. Then go to the File Properties, choose Security tab and click Edit button. After that you should set all the permissions for yourself.
5. Change wlsrvc.dll from C:/Program files/Windows Sidebar for the same file from RC1
6. Type regsvr32 wlsrvc.dll – after that there will appear a message telling that dll was successfully registred
7. Open Sidebar and enjoy weather gadget displaying weather, but not the "service not available".

dosao sam do tacke 5, i stadoh.
nije mi jasno odakle da ga iskopiram!?
