Sony Xperia M Hard Reset?

Imam jedan fon, ne mogu nikako da odradim hard reset. Kupio sam cerki, dete zaboravilo password... Kada drzim Power + volume up, fon ne ulazi niukakav meni, vec se pali normalno, kao da drzim samo power. Pokusavao sam bar jedno x20 i nista. Palim/gasim, poludeh Pritiskao sam u isto vreme, pa onda razne druge kombinacije suntave i nista... Ima li neko ideju o cemu se radi? Fon je nov, tako da nema sanse da je volume up taser crkao...

Switch off your Xperia M first
Switch it back on and the time when you see your phone’s LED notification light turn Pink! (or changes to any other color) — start pressing either the Volume UP or Volume Down key a couple of times to make your phone boot into recovery mode
Once you’re in recovery mode. Use Volume buttons to navigate Up and Down between options and Power button to select an option in recovery.

Ne radi nista od toga,vec otvori poklopac gde mu staje sim i sd i tu ces videti malo dugmence uvuceno,samo uzmi iglom ili necim tankim i pritisni dugme i odradice reset.
