Zdravo.

Hi. I use online translator because I don't know Serbian language. I am moving to Obrenovac and I need the fastest internet. I need upload speed at least 50 mbpr/s (the higher the better). What are the options? I am ready even for satellite internet if only I could have high speed ))).

Thank you!

I have fiber in my building since this year like most of Obrenovac. So I use the provider SBB with 600/60mbps package, but I think Telekom Serbia even has higher upload. Also I know that you can consider Yettel since they use Telekom's infrastructure. For Orion I am not sure.

If you have Telekom Srbija (both mts and Supernova brands) but on GPON (optical) infrastructure can provide 100 - 500Mbps upload, and 200 - 1000Mbps download.
If you have Orion Telekom pure optic infrastructure available, you can get 500 - 1000Mbps upload and 1500* - 4500*Mbps download.

* Orion telekom user terminals have 1Gbe ethernet ports, so on a single device you can't get more than 1000/1000Mbps.

Thanks for the answers! I called SBB and Orion, they both said it’s not possible to get optical connection in that house :( MTS also refused but it’s weird because they said one house on that street is connected so I wrote them an email request for connection (not sure if this will help though).

Both mts and supernova (brands of Telekom Srbija) provide from 100 to 500Mbps upload speeds.

If you can get either one with GPON connection (don't get coax or xDSL) you will be fine.

But it’s one company right? When I call 19911 number on supernova website I get to MtS call center

One company - Telekom Srbija, but they do not offer the same service.

mts network was originally built by Telekom Srbija for xDSL based services that included internet and IPTV. They are using the same core network for xDSL and GPON customers on mts brended services.

supernova network was originally built by Kopernikus and Vektor cable companies (DVB-C TV and DOCSIS internet). Telekom Srbija aquired them (and 27 more Coax and fiber GPON operatpors) and brended that cesvice Supernova. Today they offer internet and cable TV services both on DOCSIS cable and GPON fiber.

Eather way on fiber based connections l, mts offers in bundles with fixed phone and optional TV and mobile services in BOX2, BOX3 and BOX4 packages:
  • 200/100Mbps
  • 400/200Mbps
  • 600/300Mbps
  • 1000/500Mbps

Supernova offers in bundles with cable TV and optional fixed phone and mobile services in SuperPlan 2, 3, 4 packages:
  • 200/100Mbps
  • 400/200Mbps
  • 1000/500Mbps

With mts package you will get public dynamic IPv4 address and no IPv6, while on Supernova you get CGNAT on IPv4 (unless you pay for static IPv4 address) but you also get IPv6.

With both Supernova or mts fiber service, the upload speed should be more than enough for your needs.

If you need high speed upload you’ll want fiber connection “Optika”. You can check network availability online, based on your street number:

mts Srbija
Yettel Srbija

Sbb may not have fiber available at your location but they can probably install cable (docsis) service almost anywhere.

Poslednja izmena:
SBB does not have docsis connectivity in Obrenovac, only fiber. We have Supernova(MTS) docsis service which worked pretty well before I switched to SBB fiber

Supernova DOCSIS (cable) service has 20Mbps upload maximum, so it isn't a match for OP's requirements.

Fixed phone = land line, wired line
