HITNO Pomoc-ATI drivers.

Ovo mi se u zivotu nije desilo. Skinuo sam Catalysre 3.6. Naravno deinstalirao sam Control Panel 3.5 restartovap, zatim Displey Driver 3.5 restartovao i krenuo u instalaciju 3.6 medjutim javi mi problem da je " Setup Launcher napravio problem". Ajde dobro misloio sam da je problem u novim drajverima, te sam pokusao da vratim 3.5, pa cak i Catalyst 3.4, ali javlja identicnu poruku i ne moze da se instalira. Ima li neko ideju? Bio bih Vam veoma zahvalan. Do sada sam uvek radio po gore navedenom receptu i nikad nije bilo problema.

Pa cinjenica da je do sada taj nacin deinstalacije/instalacije radio posao samo znaci da si imao mnogo srece - jer bas nikako nije "po propisu" ! :mrgreen:

Dakle imas jednostavniji nacin:

- Uninstall drivers, do not reboot
- Uninstall control panel,
- Reboot but reboot directly into safe mode
- When prompted that new hardware is found by Windows, click the cancel button, this may happen twice
- Go into device manager and uninstall the display adapters with yellow exclamation points.
- Run Driver Cleaner from www.driverheaven.net/cleaner/
- Reboot into normal mode.
- When prompted that Windows found new hardware, click "cancel" (you may need to do this twice, so be patient)
- Install the new Catalyst drivers, reboot
- Install the new Control panel
- Reboot into normal mode, when at desktop, follow onscreen instructions
- Reboot one more time when all done so as to properly engage SMARTGART.
- All done

Onaj driver cleaner tool je cisto ******, da ce ti izbrisati kompletan driver.cab (ima tu vaznih stvari)
Nego kad odes u safe mode, idi na search ukucaj at*.* da trazi pod windows folder. Sve sto nadje izbrisi. I preko regcleaner ocisti Ati registar, pre nego sto instaliras nove drivere.

Onaj driver cleaner tool je cisto *******, da ce ti izbrisati kompletan driver.cab (ima tu vaznih stvari)

driver.cab cisti CabCleaner koji je samo deo DriverCleaner-a i ne moras nikada da ka pokrenes ako ne zelis. Cak i da greskom obrises driver.cab, on se nalazi na instalacionom CD-u.

Nego kad odes u safe mode, idi na search ukucaj at*.* da trazi pod windows folder. Sve sto nadje izbrisi. I preko regcleaner ocisti Ati registar, pre nego sto instaliras nove drivere.

Uninstall the ATI Display Driver
Restart once prompted. If prompted cancel the installation of the display adapter upon boot up.
Close all other applications running, including any anti-virus software before attempting to install the driver suite.

Windows 2000/XP:
You can confirm that all applications are closed using the Windows Task Manager.
Press CTRL+ALT+DEL once and then click Task Manager. Select the "Applications" tab. If any applications are still listed on this tab, highlight the application and then click the "End Task" button at the bottom of the tab. Repeat this procedure until there are no more applications running.


Windows 98/SE/ME:
Press CTRL+ALT+DEL once. Highlight each application and then click the "End Task" button at the bottom of this window. Repeat this procedure until there are no more applications running except for EXPLORER & SYSTRAY. Do NOT end task on these two applications or your PC will shut down.


Locate the Display Driver download and double-click on it.
Restart once prompted.
Locate the ATI Control Panel (if included) download and double-click on it.
Restart once prompted.
Locate the WDM Capture drivers and double-click on it. - ONLY download if you have an AIW RADEON or RADEON VIVO family product.
Restart once prompted

Dakle nikakva ciscenja niti safe mode... uninstall/install uz obavezno zatvaranje svih programa pre instalacije i to je to...

Hvala. Dobar savet za ubuduce. Ovako mi je jedan format c: bas dobro legao. Inace mislim da ovaj Drapinov savet ima malo vise logike, ne zato sto sam ga probao vec zato sto sam cesto na njega nailazio na sajtovima koji se bave ATI problematikom.

Pa to sto kazu iz ATI-a ti je po principu sto je babi milo to joj se i snilo, tj. voleli bi oni da to tako ide - ali nazalost ne ide bas.

Kao sto rece Goxy, ovo je nezvanicni ali vrlo preporuceni nacin koji se nalazi po forumima i guide-ovima, znaci od strane "prosvetljenih" korisnika ATI-a koji su probali sve zivo i iskusili sve probleme koje ATI moze da napravi. :!: O
