Najzanimljiviji test je:
Glasnost

What it does:
Glasnost attempts to detect whether your Internet access provider is performing application-specific traffic shaping. Currently, you can test if your ISP is throttling or blocking BitTorrent. Tests for other applications will follow soon.

Ali verujem da ce i ovaj hype proci vremenom, pa ce moci svako da testira i postuje info za svog provajdera.

Note that it is hard to detect rate limiting and that there are many explanations why a transfer can observe lower throughput than another transfer. We run the BitTorrent and TCP transfer back-to-back and at least two times to add more confidence to our measurements.

Ali, kako da znamo ko je na toj listi? (ako ona uopšte postoji)

Ja bih predložio drugačiji pristup:

Da svako koželi, isproba ovaj test. Ako mu je rezultat "OK", onda samo da napiše "Ime provajdera - OK". Ukoliko je rezultat neko ograničavanje od strane ISP-a, onda da se napiše ime ISPa i da se tada pejstuje ceo rezultat!

Serveri za test su trenutno preoptereceni pa bi bilo bolje da probaju samo oni koji vec imaju problema sa brzinom downloada.
 
Svaka im cast za ovaj test -- eno provalili su da Comcast koji se pred FCC-om branio da radi shaping samo u uslovima opterecenja zapravo radi to non-stop pa i vikendom! Al' ce sad opet da padne tuzba...

Eto, da nije bilo ove pomame oko usporavanje torrenta ovde na forumu, ja ne bih ni znao da se to radi (a svkako ne bih znao da li sam ja pogođen time ili ne!). Znači, ja još jednom pozivam sve da urade ovaj test, kao i da prošire link po domaćem Netu (ja ću ga staviti na svoj sajt čim budem imao vremena).
 
pa ta pomama sam bio ja koju sam pokrenu i poceo da pljujem sezam iz razloga zato sto sam primetio sta mi rade a prave me ludim i govore mi kako nije bio problem do njih nego opet do mene al kada bi se *****avali!!! tako da sam posle dugotrajnog rata sa njima presao na verat koji mi radi vise nego dobro...

moram da ih pohvalim sa stabilnoscu veza, nikad mi se nije desilo da mi pukne veza, non stop mi ukljucen modem, posto delim na vise racunara, i uvek se nesto nonn stop skida, download punom brzinom sa nekih dobrih linkova, sto se tice p2p super radi skoro full brizna da nije malog uploadda, RS uvece ok danju zbog opterecenja servera varira protok stalno opada naravno free user. Online gaming cs, l4d, cod, metin2, cabal, prifectworld, i jos mnogo druge igre su izuzetno stabilne i igrljive, ping na csu ne prelazi 45 sto je izuzetno dobro za ADSL pogotovo da mi je ISP cak iz Novog Sada, ne znam sta jos da napomenem jedino cena 1350 dinara s pdv-om jeftinija od telekoma jedno 200 din. 200 po 200 :D
E sada ne mora da znaci da je svima ok veza i brzina.

Da ne postavljam i ja svoju tabelu, ali u sustini dosta je ista kao i za Sezampro. Provajder je Beotel, mereno oko 22 i 30.

Znaci za standardan port sve je proslo kako treba u zeleno sam, ali za nestandardan port Completed BitTorrent and TCP transfers using the non-BitTorrent port 10014 oba downloada su crvene boje sa porukom da je moguce Potential rate limiting.

E ajde sada kako ovo shvatiti? Za neobee sve je u potpunosti cisto koliko sam video iz posta. Ko je sada ovde pametan, ili deda ili unuci :)?

Neko je ranije postovao neki link gde je na crnoj listi bio tippnet kao provajder koji ogranicava protok...

Evo posle 10-15 proba u razno doba dana, nijednom nije bilo indicije ogranicavanja preko tippneta...

dakle Tippnet MENI ne ogranicava protok... cak je torrent postizao vece cifre nego tcp transfer :)
