Removed problem detecting double drives in Windows 9x/ME with Daemon Tools installed.
Removed 4GB .CDI image limitation.
Fixed a problem where the CD-TEXT was not copied correctly when creating temporary .CDI images.
Remove read and write speeds not used by most drives.
