Unreal 2 je mnogo zanimljiviji Engine nego sto to mozemo videti na sadasnjim shotovima... Ali i daleko dalji od konacnog u ovom trenutku... Evo sta kaze jedan od programera:

Older-generation 3D card owners will be able to play the game happily, just losing some of the phenomenal effects that make up the high-end experience of the game. There's no doubt that someone with a 700MHz PC and a GeForce 2 is going to have a blast with Unreal II. It's just that someone with a 2GHz, GeForce 3-powered monster is going to have a quasi-religious experience and have his mind checked for signs of hallucinogenic madness.
Eh sada da kazem samo da je ovo marketing... Athlon 2000+ i GeForce 3 su se poprilicno mucili samo kada je prelet preko nivoa u pitanju... Konacna igra ce imati vecinom 2kx2k teksture a za maksimum detalja u igri, pominje se 128MB na kartici... Imajte u vidu da ce, kada kartica izadje, GF3Ti200 sa 64MB kostati kao bolji MX sada... te da ce entuzijasti imati 128MB...
Novi U engine ce pokretati jos neke igre... Evo malo i o tome:
The Unreal engine has most of its code fashioned by the game-smiths at Epic, the chaps behind the original Unreal game. They are unofficially developing another game, presently known as Unreal Warfare. This eponymous engine will be powering Unreal Tournament II, Unreal II, Thief III and Deus Ex II amongst others. All these games will, of course, take different builds of the Warfare engine and each coding house will incorporate their own new sets of features. Unreal II's designers have created such features as splendid AI routines as well as a real-time chat system and squad-based combat
Naravno, za sada su sigurne samo ove 4 igre dok ce Warfare verovatno biti demonstracija, vise nego igra... ako uopste izadje...
