      3. Da budem iskren nikad nisam vodio racuna o tome sta jedem ali sam uvek bio umeren, jedem koliko mi je dovoljno ds budem sit u narednih nekoliko sati, a sto se toce fizicke aktivnosti sa drigarima 2 puta sedmicno mali fudbal od 1,5 sata i to je to. Sa svojih 193cm imam 90kg...

        hvala drug, svaka cast i tebi, asylum je jos ludji koji se radi posle ovog ,,obicnog'' insanity treninga na kome bukvalno crkavam i topim se koliko se znojim ali svakim treningom osecam kako dobijam snagu i izdrzljivost sto mi je i cilj.
        ja sam inace bio jos mrsaviji sa prirodno dobrom definicijom, tek nakon ovih 5-6 godina blejanja sam dodao par kg i imam mali spojlercic na stomaku koji polako topim.

        srecno svima sa vezbama i topljenjem pivskih misica
        Krenes polako sa insanity prvo,pa asylum,pa asylum 2 i onda odradis ovaj novi insanity max 30.Odlican je.Inace koristim beacbody treninge umesto kardio treninga,pa posle trening sa tegovima lagano.I ovaj max30 je najbolja zamena kardia od svih insanity treninga do sad,jer se ne umaras kao sa prethodnima toliko,pa moze da se odradi trening sa tegovima.

        Vazda su mi to bili argumenti na takve tekstove.

        Mislim da je glupost uopste razmisljati o kalorijama. To je jedinca energije i potuptno me ne zanima.

        Bitno mi je koliko dnevno unesem proteina, koliko zasicenih masti, koliko vlakna, koliko uh(od tih UH koliko prostih koliko kmpleksnih, koliko vlaknastih, koji je Gm index...), koliko vitamina ABCD, kolimo omega 3 kiselina, koliko minerala...

        A kolko sta ima kaloraja ne zanima me niti ce me ikad zanimati.

        U kalorijskom deficiti deficiti mogu da gubim i gustinu kostiju i misice i masti i da time gubim kilazu... Neka hvala.

        Koliko proteina koliko masti koliko UH koliko vitamina koliko minerala unosim , to je bitno mom telu, a ne koliko je to kilicinski energije.

        Ali medijski kao sto su vidi opet Blic zena nametnuli da su kalorije najbitnije .

        NE VALJA IMA MNOGO KALORIJA..

        Vidi ovaj proizvod ima samo masti, proste ugljene hidrate(secere) , nema ni vitamina ni minerala ni proteina ni kompleksnih UH.

        ma polako, tek sam poceo i jos uvek crkavam, ne kao na pocetku ali svakako riknem. kao sto rekoh, bicu jako srecan kada doguram do ovog 63. dana pa posle toga ako mi zatreba mogu da krenem na sledecu vezbu ili ponovim jos jednom istu. znam za ceo redosled vezbi, insanity max 30 je valjda najteza ali mi je ovo za sada puna kapa .
        meni se pre svega smucilo da se u zadnje vreme bukvalno budim umoran a nista ne radim. kalorije i dijete me nikada nisu zanimale i ne bih mogao da se pridrzavam toga ali zato radim na izdrzljivosti i impulsivnoj snazi sto mi je primarni cilj.

To je vec druga prica, jer naslov teme sugerise kontrolu tezine, a ne nabacivanje i kontrolu misicne mase..za bodybuilding deo se problemu pristupa iz drugog ugla sa davanjem veceg akcenta na kolicini makro sastojaka koji se unose..ali i tu se koristi kalorijski suficit/deficit koji se dalje razlaze na kolicine unetih proteina, masti i uh.

        Ja sam brojao u pocetku sve to, ali polako postane opterecujuce unositi u gr koliko si cega pojeo i gledati jesi li uneo odgovarajuce proporcije prot-masti-uh..tu je vec glava pocela da me boli, pa sam se orijentisao ka zdravijoj ishrani(bez grickalica, trans masti i sl.) i povecanom unosu proteina, uvek imajuci u vidu i kalorijski balans..

        Ja sam nekako protivnik bilo kakvog "brojanja" ... znam da je tako eventualno i potrebno za vrhunske reuzltate, ali se secam perioda pre 2011 kad sam bio gradjen kao apolon (u poredjenju sa gradjom koju imam sad - Patrik) a jeo sam sta mi se prohte, i bio fizicki nasviran taman koliko treba, da bih izgledao kao 1% vrhunski atletski gradjenih likova, ujedno i maksimalno fizicki spreman. Udes mi je ne samo nabacio kilazu, vec poremetio ceo sistem.

        ima onaj lik, sto je skoro bio vest, trcao je covek dva meseca od ujutru do uvece, valjda neka popularna staza u USA. jeo je samo snikers i twix, djubre hranu, mekdonalds i ostalo, a izdefinisao se kao zivotinja, i skinuo preko 20 kg.

        Najlakse je ne brojati nista i ne jesti nista 2 meseca i smrsati, nije to poenta ni mrsavljenja, a ni ove price. Weasel je 100% u pravu, osim brojanja "vitamina ABCD, omega 3 kiselina, minerala" na DNEVNOJ bazi, sto je nemoguce i nelogicno.

        Unosenjem vise energije nego sto trosis dnevno, ta energija se skladisti. Ko hoce da smrsa mora da unosi manje od potrosnje. To je jedna stvar.

        Druga stvar je sta treba unositi, dzaba brojanje kalorija ako unosis vecinom brze UH i hranu siromasnu bitnim nutrijentima. Tako skodis zdravlju.

        Generalno je bitno izbegavati UH jer nisu esencijalni za organizam (covek moze savrseno bez UH), a cesto je hrana bogata UH vrlo skodljiva. Da ne pricam sto ce organizam vrlo da ih spakuje u salo i da trazi jos, (glad) pa je jos teze tako smrsati.
