Koristite zastareli preglednik. Možda se neće pravilno prikazivati ova ili druge veb stranice. Trebalo bi da nadogradite ili koristite alternativni preglednik.

Of course you can set static IP in the OS itself, as in any other Linux distribution, but it's not recommended. Internet router is the better place to control IPs all in one place. Just bind rig's MAC to IP there, it's much better way of doing that.
As for VPN:
sudo apt update; sudo apt install openvpn -y
this command will install OpenVPN client. It's a commandline so you don't have to have a GUI to configure and run it. Get the *.ovpn file from your VPN provider, put openvpn in autostart and that's it.
there is also a commandline tool from NordVPN provider that works perfectly. Start it once, authenticate and you can have VPN over TOR, Wireshark, VPN chains, kill switch, etc.
