Quick summary why X100U is better than X200U:

- 23mm is better, definitely
- 35mm is almost the same quality in day like X200U, so we have 23mm + 35mm in day to use
- 50mm is also better, so from 23mm to 50mm we have better image quality than x200U
- X100U pure night performance from LYT-900 is a little bit better - i didn't match settings yet, but x100u on auto mode has less noise, but stock video in 200U is better.
- Photos in 12 mpix has more denoise. Don't kill me, but i like it in daylight shots - gives me more DSLR vibe
- Video in auto mode looks more natural and organic, it has higher bitrate - in 200U it's 26mbps! joke for 4k video.

- 14mm camera - this is obvious, proably best in all phones. Really kicking asses
- 35mm slightly better in daylight + much better in night. Bokeh is better than 23mm, photos looks more DSLR-ish
- Improved vivid and texture mode. In 100U only usable mode was ZEISS. 200U has great details in all modes, so You can use whatever You want.
- Added negative style and CCD, which are great. CCD is like analog camera in your pocket.
- Much improved and more natural portrait mode on all lenses, more natural skin, less denoise etc.
- Better video - stabilisation and colors on all lenses, also 14mm camera is superb for video recording! I finally started record videos using phone.
- More vivid colors in all modes, of course You can still mute this with sliders, but i like this colors more than X100U.
- Insane night mode compared to 100U, it's almost gcam level. Huge update.
- Selfie camera has wider FOV and much better quality in day in night.
- Better image quality in RAW mode on all lenses. Also insane JPGs created from RAW. This can be true game changer if they improve to get stable results all the time.
- Camera buton is super usefull for fast starting camera and reduce exposure without losing AF.
- Portrait video is absolutely great!
- Better image quality in snapshot mode(taking shots of moving objects and people)
- More software updates from VIVO in next year.
