I just bought the Cooler Master ma620m and was super excited to use it, but every time I would get past the booting phase or windows login my system would freeze. I know why but don't know how to fix the issue. The problem is that the holes for mounting the coolers backplate and brackets are too big and the screws stick too far through. This causes an issue because it makes the mounting loose and the crashing occur because there's not enough contact and pressure on the cpu. My motherboard is the MSI MPG X570 Gaming Pro Carbon Wifi. I love this cooler and dont want to have to return it or anything but I cant figure out how to get it to mount correctly because it has AM4 support and everything, and I even had my brother who knows more about this stuff help me with it and he doesn't know why the holes are too big/ screws are too small. I would prefer not to have to just throw a bunch of washers on it to make it fit, but any kind of advice helps.
(If needed I can put the cooler back on to provide an image or video to show how loose it is, which is very loose as it can be shaken around easily by hand when fully screwed in. If it is needed I'll need a couple days because I don't have the parts on me right now.)
Identicna problem se javlja velikom boroju ljudii, zavisi od toga koju seriju coolera su naboli. Ovo je greska Cooler Mastera.
